This is the third unit we have stayed in Venetian Isle. We moved from the west compound to the east compound. When I tell the staff(s) what's going not so right, if there's no corrective action taken I will simply stop telling again. I suggested the communication panel should be transparent and viewed by Greystar top management.

Not a good experience, specially with the aging kitchen appliances and the smelly water. Offer water filters in the showers and kitchen

The Venetian is a wonderful condominium. Its location is its strong point. Very well located with several options to meet the residents' needs, from supermarkets to bank agencies. The interior space of the apartments is also amazing. The balcony is the highlight of the apartment, a very positive aspect of the experience of living at the Venetian. One point to lament is the maintenance team, which is not always helpful. They take a long time to respond to requests and make no effort to communicate with those who do not speak their language. As for the apartment, ours is old, with areas that could have been renovated, such as the internal mechanism of the toilets, which always leaks water and causes a huge waste. Anyway, these are points to be adjusted, but they do not affect our positive evaluation of the quality of the condominium. We still believe we made an excellent decision when we moved to the Venetian and recommend it to everyone.

Service and quality of living has decreased tremendously over the 7 years we have lived here. The amenities are not maintained and cleanliness of the entire property is very low.

Venetian Isle used to be the most beautiful and high class apartment complex in Windermere. It actually looked like a modern twist to Venice, Italy and the view was so breathtaking, it made you happy just by staring at it. This place was the best and used to look expensive. That's why I decided to move here. Now with this new cheap paint job (that is being poorly done) it is heartbreaking, unbearable to look at and makes you depressed just at the sight of it. Many of the other residents are also confused and greatly disappointed with this poorly chosen gray paint job that should have never been done in the first place. It drastically dropped the value, quality, and enjoyment of this place. It is negatively effecting other parts of the Venetian Isle community as well. To make it worse, while the quality of this place is dropping from its former glory days, the price to live here continues to rise. I used to brag about living in Venetian Isle and greatly recommended it. But now its frustrating to see a community I loved so much start to take such a sudden nose dive.

Venetian Isle is home. If you live in an apartment complex, you know what I mean when I say that most of the time you’re just living in a space. That’s not the case with Venetian Isle.. You actually have friends and it’s a very warm and friendly community.

The community in general is nice, and the amenities are nice as well. Sometimes communication is a bit lacking in the office, but once they get to it, it will get done. Parking is quite a struggle on one side of the complex depending on the hour, as we are forced to parallel park due to there not being enough spaces.

Staff is friendly and professional and do their best to take care of you while you stay here. The 3 bedroom apartment is nice and large. The outside screened in porch is a generous size and enjoyable sitting out there in the morning or evening times when a breeze comes through which is quite often. The online portal makes it simple to see your bill and to make payments through it. The pool area is well kept up and enjoyable to have parties there with the bbq grills. Staff is quick to resolve issues when they come up. Overall our experience here has been great.
