I’ll start with the good. I love the staff. Never had a problem with them. This is also a beautiful property and very peaceful in my opinion. The staff has helped me regarding any inconvenience. Now my problem comes from receiving my mail. I have had multiple packages stolen from me. Their mailroom system is so unorganized. I have provided pictures to employees to show it was put in the mail room and every time I would go and pick up a package its missing. It is very inconvenient especially when I have a medical condition, and these packages are of great importance to me. I must now pay to receive my mail through a po box.

Wouldn’t recommend even its new. The price per month is not worth it especially due to lack of parking. If you don’t have family or friends then it may work out for you.

Vasari at Ventana is a great community. This is my first apartment and I could not have chosen a better community. Vasari was the first location that I looked at on my apartment search and I only went to one other when I knew Vasari was the perfect fit. Vasari seems to always wanting to improve if there is any issues and I am excited for the future that Vasari has planned. They are developing more with added dining experience. I am proud to be apart of this community and Vasari really made it feel like home from the very beginning.

After residing in Vasari for close to a year, my wife and I are extremely satisfied with our living conditions here because we feel secure, the amenities are great, the neighbors are friendly, and most importantly, the staff are accommodating, quick to respond, and very helpful. Truth to tell, we have considered looking for other places to stay but since we are happy with the environment at Vasari, we decided to stay.

Love Vasari at Ventana in Fontana. The process was fast and staff is super friendly and helpful. Love all the amenities Vasari at Ventana provides. We had visited several other communities but this one stands out from the rest. I always recommend to my friends and family when they ask where I moved to. Also LOVE that is Pet friendly, all other properties that we saw even homes for rent had the no pets allowed and it was hard to find a place I can call my home along with my pets.

Vasari at Ventana is located in a perfect area. Access to two highways and local stores. It is very clean and new. The staff is very nice and make sure they reach out to you in a timely manner. I wasn’t planning to move in when I first took a tour, but shortly after that day. My family made the decision to move in and we couldn’t be happier ever since. The apartment has a home feeling to it. Very spacious and the high ceilings make it more comforting. Everything in the kitchen is brand new and the internet connection is fast. If you are thinking about moving out of your current place I would recommend renting at Vasari at Ventana they put some heart into building this place.

love ease of access to the freeway, management and the leasing team is very responsive. The grounds are well kept and it’s quiet. The high ceilings in my apartment give a good air flow. Not to mention the brand new appliances made the move in smooth. Love it here

Very clean community - brand new and residents have been very quiet & courteous. Layouts are extremely spacious & secondary rooms are great sizes for children. Management had been fantastic.

Spacious design and living space along with the option to have a garage provides a unique home feel to the property. The location is great for families as a lot of people are out walking in the afternoon. Vasari staff are amazingly friendly and helpful with the entire application and move in process. So far loving our new home!
