Baylands is a neighborhood placed along the Bayshore Freeway in Redwood City, 27 miles south of San Francisco. This bayfront neighborhood has a plethora of outdoor activities provided by parks like Bair Island State Marine Park and Bedwell Bayfront Park, situated in the San Francisco Bay. Multiuse trails including Bike Trail Bair Island provide more outdoor recreation. Overall I’ve been a very happy resident at Vasara. The building is always quiet and well maintained and the staff are so wonderful and kind. The amenities have been wonderful as well! I love that there are vending machines which have been very convenient when I ran out of paper towels or have had a late night sweet craving! Love it here!!

If you are looking for a fabulous community and amazingly modern and well-appointed apartment, I can think of no finer place than Vasara. It has everything we need and then some. Furthermore, we work 3 nights per week and never have an issue sleeping during the day or night...it is amazingly quiet here. Management and Maintenance are all friendly, professional, and responsive and we feel truly cared for here.

This place is everything and more! Is neat and clean inside and out! Quiet hours definitely enforced it’s so quiet around bed time! Amenities are perfect! The atmosphere here is very welcoming! Good vibrations all around!

Everything is good except some people don’t close parking stacker gates when exiting the building. It causes delays for other residents trying to enter or exit the stacker system.

The only downside of living here is that there are no guest parking spaces, and the package room is a mess and very small for a building this size.

Vasara Apartments truly stands out as an exceptional place to call home. The amenities here are nothing short of impressive, offering residents a luxurious and comfortable living experience. From the sparkling pool to the state-of-the-art fitness center, every detail has been thoughtfully designed to enhance a comfortable lifestyle. I found the modern communal spaces, like the cozy clubhouse and beautiful working pods, very useful and convenient, specially upon moving when I didn't have furniture yet.
