Home to Bowling Green State University, this community of approximately 30,000 residents offers rental options from apartments near campus to homes throughout established neighborhoods. The downtown district preserves historic architecture from the city's oil boom era, particularly along Wooster Street. The city stands out for its environmental initiatives, including four 257-foot wind turbines west of the city limits. The 13-mile Slippery Elm Trail connects Bowling Green to North Baltimore, offering opportunities for cycling and outdoor activities.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

If you don’t mind bugs and cockroaches everywhere then this is the place for you, told them about it and said they would call someone then 2 months later, nothing has happened. We had written a list of stuff at the beginning of move in that weren’t working and doors that would not shut and have still not been fixed after about 6 months. the front door completely broke and had to fix it ourselves, the cupboard doors fell off and also had to fix that. it also constantly stays 80 degrees no matter what. the shower only has two temperatures, burning hot and freezing cold, very rare you get a warm temp. stay clear, there’s better around :)
I told lady I had bad credit but she said I could use a cosignor so I said ok not even couple hours later she said I failed credit check so I asked about co-sign person she stated we don’t do co-sign. The next best thing I check my credit score they never did a check
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS APARTMENT!! If I could give a negative review I would. They are only in it for the money. This apartment does not allow you to have a security deposit, instead they require that you do a surety bond. This is a waste of money. You can not get the money back and it is not used toward "damages". There is no point to it. During the stay at this apartment there were multiple rodents (mice) and bugs (cockroaches and others), that we had to take care of ourselves. There were multiple times that maintenance was called and they never fixed the issue. Our shower continued to have at least 6 inches of water built up during every shower, no matter the amount of times maintenance was called to fix it. The maintenance was also called to fix the dishwasher due to an awful smell that it was having, they did not fix that. The laundry facility would be locked and closed during the winter, making you not able to use it. Then, the parking lot would have ponds of water after it rained. When it started to freeze, we would slip and fall multiple times. The air conditioner is a wall unit, and they placed a cover over it for the majority of our stay at this apartment. The heating was awful. We would have all the windows open in the winter with the heat all the way down and it would still be 80 degrees within the apartment. Then, when we moved out they billed us over 1K of damages, for ridiculous reasons. They knew that we had animals within the apartment and are using it as an excuse to replace the carpet. The pictures that they provide are not enough to require an entire change of carpet, but rather that it is normal wear and tear. Not only that but they are stating that we had "pet odor" when our animals had never had accidents within the apartment, instead using a litter box or going outside. This apartment complex is trying to get as much money out of you. It is ridiculous. They are also trying to charge us for a new screen door even though this had been broken when we moved in, and had a maintenance request to fix it in September, and we moved out in April of the next year.
