Vantage Pointe at Marrowbone Heights

It was the most easy and amazing experience to move in. The workers was very patient and very friendly they answered all of my questions before moving in here and trust me I had a lot of questions I’m grateful for the staff they made my first move in experience so easy and amazing

We just moved in from Bellevue West apartments. Everything here is SOOOO much better. Except maybe the weird safety outlets and the door slamming when you don't catch it before it closes.

I’ve lived here for over 10 years. Most of the time it’s been great. I have good neighbors. The parking can be a problem. The complex is getting older & needs some attention (landscaping, security lighting, cleaning, etc)

Everything was so easy and the apartment when I moved in met my expectations thank you so much for everything! So excited to live in this community

Ive only lived here for a few days, but I really like it! Not too loud, not too quiet. Lots of families so it feels like home for me. Only issues are the parking, and the smell in the apartment i moved into.

The move in process went smoothly. The community is clean peaceful and welcoming. The office staff were both friendly and helpful. So far it has been a pleasure.

I enjoy living here, but the parking situation can be really challenging at times. I’m close to all the amenities (office, mailbox, trash compactor, pool, exercise room). I wish the landscaping was in better condition.

It’s a good place to live because there are so many things you can do. Dog park, pool, gym etc. there is also a play ground for kids and grill

Staff is nice and friendly. Very patient and willing to answer any questions I had. Very patient. I had one issue with my tub and it was fixed very quickly. Maintenance is very friendly as well.

Been living here for 6 months. No complaints. First time in an apartment. It's convenient to everything that we need. It's quite. Only problem is parking. The staff is GREAT! The maintenance guys are GREAT also!

So far so good no problems yet.parking has gotten alote better. Has there been a problem with the gates they seem to be open alote lately. I used that as security. Thanks

It's nice and quiet in my building,. The maintenance person is great, friendly and helpful. I like that it is gated and now the workout area.

We’ve been here for at least 7 year’s and some things have gotten better (management and maintenance) but it’s still very difficult to get your complaints handled, i.e. noisey neighbors, trash out in hallways, the threat of vehicles being towed without a parking sticker (we know some with five vehicles and 2 have sat in the same place no sticker pass and never moved. But we’ve absolutely lived other places and I’d say being here for so long shows we do like it.

Staff has been fantastic in all my needs. Weather it be billing or maintenance request. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Any maintenance request has been dealt with in a timely manner, even after hour emergencies

Nice and quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking, dog parks, gym and pool make it a nice place to live. Close to Nashville and Clarksville minutes away from the river for plenty of fishing

Pretty good place to live no complaints love my closet and how big the shower is and I enjoy the balcony view and lots of space for storage.

Quick , Easy , To-The-Point type of deal. Two thumbs up Five Stars! The ladies that assisted me were as professional as they come and the places just looks quiet/peaceful.

Just moved in everything seems nice at this time have not had time to start meeting my neighbors yet. As the weather changes I am sure more people will start coming out more

We have been here 5 months. It's very convenient to everything we need. It's a quiet community. The staff is GREAT! The residents that we have met are very friendly and honest people.

My experience here at the apartments is pretty good. It’s a clean environment. The noise level is at a minimum and I like how I don’t hear everything between the walls

Beautiful neighborhood. Maintenance staff is awesome. Needs more parking spaces. Pressure washing needs to be done. Good amenities. Some neighbors and vehicles are noisy.

Great people and environment. Great staff and wonderful home. Will live here for a long time. I love the get togethers at the office and activites

They keep the community clean and i like that they close the pool at sunset. I think they can do better with keeping the breezeway clean. They do have monthly activities at the leasing office. Wish more outdoor space for kids to play.

Too many surprise fees every month. Nothing is communicated beforehand it just shows up on bill. And the water bill is astronomical for an apartment

Quiet community set in the country with lots of amenities to enjoy on your days off. Close to Nashville for the big city life when you want it but far enough away to enjoy the peace.

It’s really quiet. It’s clean. Everything is reasonable. The staff is very respectful and respond to any situation quickly. They fix everything that is brought to their attention. I’m very pleased with everything.

I love living here at Vantage Pointe. Peaceful and quiet. I love that there are 2 dog parks on site. I also like that the apartment managers set up events for the residents.

Maintenance is very helpful. Have a two bedroom ground lvl apartment. Haven't had any issues so far. Parking is alitte crazy sometimes but it's a apartment complex. Noise is good don't hear much. Only complaint is paying rent is a bit difficult sometimes cause it's through third party and changed a few times on how we pay.

1st time living in an apartment. It's a quiet place which is perfect for us. Seems to be friendly and honest neighbors. We have only met a few people because of my work schedule. The only problem is parking. We love the area and would like to buy a house in Ashland City.

It’s really quiet at night. Love being able to sit on my balcony at night and just hang out . Clean and they are on it if you have any problems or issues.

Everything has been great since living here besides lil minor issues that was taken care of in a timely manor.But other than that I have no complaints.

This place needs to have better communication between the managers and the residents. This place was ok at the beginning of our lease and then it went to heck in a hand basket

This is my first time living in an apartment. Just moved here from out of state. So far it's been nice. Quiet area. The few people that I have met were very friendly. The apartment is nice. The only problem is the parking. I like that it is a gated complex. The maintenance staff is very nice and do good work.

So far it has been an easy transition and we are enjoying it so far! Everything is conveniently close by which will make everything so easy!!

We just moved in and the cleaning job that was done on put new apartment was .... half effort at best other than that everything has been pretty good.

I like living here . It's quiet . It's clean. I have made lots of new friends in the community. The pool is nice and clean . If things break they are fast to get fixed . Parking is horrible at times but that is really my only complaint

It has been a good place to live so far. Maintenance is fantastic and office staff are very helpful. Only is is sometimes parking is an issue.

I have lived here for almost 10 years & for the most part, it’s been great. The parking has been an issue, mainly because there’s too many vehicles for the number of spaces. Sometimes, it’s difficult to get a response to a question from the office staff.

Had some hiccups when moving in but Management stepped in handled it very well, from maintenance to Isha in the office. Couldn't ask for a better team.

It's fine. Not a big fan of the monthly fire inspections, parking pass/tow threats, weird fees that were never discussed in the lease but are required like community lighting? It's mostly quiet. Kind of trashy. The hallways are never cleaned. Appliances and counters are cheap.

Y’all need to get a property manager because she don’t do her job and instead of her doing her job she rather give out leasing violations then actually getting to the root of the problem and she has a very nasty attitude. It’s pathetic how a housing community keeping losing tenants almost very weekend in the past 3 months. Y’all need to ask yourselves why do people keep moving in and then not staying the whole year

Its really subpar here. Vantage Pointe Apartments really needs to do better with alot of things. I will not be renewing my lease. The property managers are terrible with responding to situations.

The only thing I can say is it is a nice and quiet place to live however I would highly recommend putting cameras up around the property due to the theft. Everyone is great. Maintenance is great.

Great place they updated the parking lot it looks so pretty!New pay rent system where you earn points on rent and build your credit while paying rent love that

Is a quite and lovely neighborhood. The view in the morning is my favorite although Bering on the third floor has some disadvantages. The view is always worth it.

Pool and work out area are nice , so are the neighbors. The only down side is parking nothing major though glad we move in here it's been great since have.

This apartment complex is nice and enjoyable to be at. The maintenance men are fabulous and always on time to fix things. The staff is somewhat unfriendly however they do accommodate. The apartments are nice after they are cleaned up.

I Absolutely Love The place , love the community, and love the staff!!! The convenience of being in the middle of town is also wonderful! I Just wish parking was bit better!

I enjoy living here! It’s quiet and everyone is nice. They stay on top of everything you need help with as well. The staff and maintenance are wonderful.
