Property Ratings at Valleybrook
It is run by Elon Management with an F score on BBB and very bad ratings all over the internet, it makes sense then that the property is not in good condition, infrastructures is falling apart. The apartments are poorly built no insulation, lots of cracks, therefore you can smell and hear everything from neighbors. Secondhand smoke and even low level noise. the ac unit looks like the ones in hotels. There is no type of security at all and there are voyeuristic residents who live there. They should have been criminally charged but were not. Then you have to deal with loud music in the parking lot sometimes, but at least it is quiet, however I don't feel safe here at all, too many suspicous males who will stay in their cars and stare at you or drive by in their cars, sometimes twice to continue to monitor you for whatever reason, i just don't even like going outside anymore. I am so unhappy here. The rent may be affordable but you will pay more in the end to deal with all of the issues here.
They allow pet, they meet your maintenance needs. They really work with you the Manage is great she has answers for all your question. The complex feeling is like a little family. I am still living here it is great
The current property manager is awesome. She really works hard to try and make this your home. Come by and check it out.
They are disgusting and management is HORRIBLE. The maintenance is non existent. They don't fix anything. They over charge for a piece of trash it's disgusting. They make you pay extra for things that don't exist. Don't do it ... Don't do it.... This is not a mad tenant by the way.
