Arrive Chadds Ford

Friendly staff, maintenance is very friendly and quick! Enjoy that there are community events each month. Spacious community areas to work and a nice change of scenery if you work from home.

Move in went smoothly and the staff was great to work with. This is the third year at Arrive. I highly recommend this to anyone, in particular anyone attending Widener Law School.

I still like living here one thing im not fond of is the dog poop. some residents don't clean up after their pet. so you have to be careful when you walk on the grass and sidewalks.

Our 2 bedroom is spacious. The appliances are all new. Unfortunately, I feel as though some of the touch ups that were done are starting to show and need to be redone. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The pool is a great place to spend your afternoon in the summer.

We love to stay here s it's an awesome location, friendly neighborhood, tons of stores nearby. The best part is we are on the border of Delaware and Pennsylvania. The school district is very good as well.

Management and maintenance have been great so far. Ran into a couple hiccups with the move and the elevator being down and my air conditioner going down , but maintenance was out right away to resolve it at 9pm

Beautiful community, with helpful office staff and maintenance staff. It's quite peaceful community with friendly people around . Awesome location with lots of stores within 2 miles radius , very good school district. We are enjoying our stay here since last 2 years .

I Love living here. It is a safe community. The people here are friendly. It is also a Dog Friendly community too. There are activities for Children and Adults. A pool and Grill area too.

Deducted 1* because there is no microwave in the apartment compared to other communities as it is a basic necessity. Everything else is good.

Perfect place to be. Since, it's on the border of Delaware and Pennsylvania it becomes a wonderful location for shopping and going around places. Has a very good school district. Community itself is surrounded with the beautiful, friendly people and staff .

Its wonderful community to live in. Here you are surrounded by friendly people and staff. Best location with all the stores within 2 to 3 miles of drive , best school district.

Maintenance comes on a timely manner. This apartment complex is close to everything. Shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Very nice area. I would definitely recommend.

The apartment community us great. The staff is very pleasant, the building is well kept, and the maintenance crew is so attentive. I just moved in a few days ago, and noticed a few things out of place in my apartment. I filled out a maintenance slip of the issues I was faced with, and not only did they apologize, but came to my apartment the very next day, and addressed the issues quick and with ease. In my short period of time of being here I'm very pleased, and truly understand why they say, you have "Arrived at the Chaddsford".

Save yourself the trouble - DO NOT MOVE HERE - The hallways are filthy. The elevators break down all the time and there’s trash all over. The pool is always dirty. The maintenance staff doesn’t fix anything and take things from your apartments when they do come in to fix things. The “newly renovated” apartments are just the same old busted apartments with a fresh coat of paint. There’s cracks all over the walls. Bugs everywhere. The office staff is never in. And the rare times they are in, they don’t speak to you when you come in. Residents let their kids run all over the common areas and trash the place. Packages are always being stolen from the package room and the staff just says they don’t care.

Having only been here for a month, I can say that the building is a great place to live. The neighbors are respectful and friendly. The amenities are great and the office staff are very helpful!

I've only been moving in for a few days now but everyone that I have seen has been kind and welcoming! I felt safe, comfortable and I love how quiet it is!

Apartment is spacious and clean. Having a gym is nice but a few of the machines are broken. Parking spots fill up very quickly and can be frustrating when trying to get home. Maintenance is not the best and they have very unprofessional language. Walls are thin so you can hear everything but neighbors are welcoming. The package room is secure but unorganized.

As long-time (10 years) resident, I can continue to say how pleased I am with Arrive. Management is engaged in upkeep of community and attentive to maintenance calls. They sponsor periodic social events around holidays and other themes of interest. Love the location - convenient to lots of retail outlets, food stores, and major roads into Philly and Wilmington. Strongly recommend you consider.

Arrive did an amazing job with the snow removal a few weeks ago! Thank you! Also, the elevator was stuck on a Sunday morning. Maintenance was very timely in fixing the problem. Thank you!

It's a perfect location of the community with good school zone ....lots of various stores right from grocery, beauty products, clothing and many more within 5 minutes drive. People around are friendly and staff is very good.

Nice place to live. Takes care of problems in a timely manner. People in the office are nice. A little pricey but, if you can afford it, it's a nice place to live. i would recommend this place to whomever can afford it.

Nice community, great location. Property Management is pretty good. Parking is a challenge after 8pm, walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors. Most apartments were remodeled but they still have an older vibe and not really "luxury" like. Rent is not commensurable for what you get.

Arrive Chadds Ford is quick to respond to maintenance requests. The gym is nice and the apartments are affordable for their size. I would recommend to any friend or family member.

Moved from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom. Very nicely remodeled with lots of space. The office staff have always been kind and helpful. The pool is a great place to go during the summer. There’s plenty of seating and tables.

Pretty facility, love that it has an elevator, made moving so much easier! Dog waste stations are conveniently placed, plenty of parking at our building!

Management was really nice. The apartment is gorgeous, everything works fine, it’s spacious and comfy. We really appreciate the effort of Eric and amber to help us get ready for move in and the effort and time they put in showing us different apartment floors

I recently moved in and had a seamless move with no difficulty. The staff were accommodating to organizing having my key to get in earlier than the office opened and had a quick response to items within the apartment that needed to be looked at or replaced within a day.

My situation was a disaster!!! But the staff was extremely helpful, They got me what I wanted and when I wanted it. Moving in was easy and the area is beautiful.

Living at Arrive has been so amazing. The staff is so helpful with any questions. The apartments are so roomy and there is so much storage! i love all the amenities it comes. The development is very quiet which makes it so peaceful!

So far everything is good. I will be fully moved in on Saturday. With that being said the staff is really nice and genuine. Which makes you feel at home. But the residence that I have met are really nice and welcoming.

After living here for a year I thought things would get better but they have not. The elevator is absolutely atrocious. It smells like mold, wires are exposed, spider webs and dust cover the ceiling, and the flooring is cheap and planks are missing. The stairwells need to be cleaned more often. It’s filled with webs, trash and dust. As of this week you can add a dead bird to the list. Most of the lights are out in the hallways and have been like this for over a month. The trash valet is pointless and disgusting. Trash is left in the hallways for days attracting flies. If something falls from the can it will stay there until the wind blows it away. Complete waste of $35 a month. The dog waste cans are always overfilled. There’s nothing luxurious about this property.

Fit and finish of the "luxury" apartment is not great. Kitchen cabinets are 2 different colors and are peeling. Front door is damaged and chipped. The apartment I toured is different than the one I got. The apartment I got was a ADA apt and I was told during the tour that the only difference between the ADA apt and the apt I toured was there is no pantry, but the layout is different as well which I wish I knew. The apt I toured had an archway, mine does not. No microwave in my apt and I swore the one I toured had one. Trash laying around in the common area,

Original tenant since January of 2003. My apartment has everything I need as far as appliances, closet, and storage space. I'm close to where I shop and my medical providers. The current management team is very good, and the maintenance guys do a good job.

Great apartment- newly renovated. Good location close to everything you need. Beautiful pool and fitness center. Neighbors are friendly and helpful!
