Property Ratings at Valley Ridge Apartments
I lived in Valley Ridge for 12 months, and I thoroughly recommend this place. It has vast space, and even when the apartments are for the 70s, they are in good shape. Management is the best, they are always kind, and they are very considerate. I felt this place like a home, I didn't want to leave, but I had to be closer to my job. There's plenty of parking, so that's not an issue. There were a few maintenance requests, and they arrived at the place and fixed it quickly, just once the maintenance guy though that I was exaggerating and didn't pay attention to my complaint, after talking to management, they fixed it. I loved this place, and they do return the deposit.

I've been living in these apartments 2 months, they need some upgrading on the flooring and appliances. The neighborhood is great nice people and the employees are great and helpful over all I've enjoyed living here.
My apt is ok, but I hear road noise a lot and noisy neighbors. The previous app that recommended this place to me fell way short and I'm 4 months into my lease with remorse.
