As my first year of living at Urbana concludes I have very much enjoyed living at this complex. As I look at other complexes it stands out how much prettier Urbana is compared to others. They also continue to have many activities to build a resident community. I find this a special thing.

I love it here! I love the view that I have of the greenery, the hot tub, the amenities that they have, the area is quiet, and the people who work here are very responsive and attentive. We moved from across the country, and it could not have chosen a better place to live! All of the restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping is nearby, and I absolutely love it!

Living here has been really nice but recently I’ve had complaints. My dishwasher has been collecting mold every time I turn on the head dry the dishes are all wet. I’ve called maintenance and all they’ve done us put bleach and ive changed the soap and everything but it keeps happening. What are they supposed to do, they cant just keep adding bleach. There’s someone on my flood that I know is always getting high and smoking weed and jt is the most fowl smell I’ve smelled in the building. I’ve made complaints and have called but it’s like everything is falling on dead ears. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to go up stairs, walk down a hall and smell the horrible smell. You aren’t supposed to smoke on property so why not just go somewhere else.

I will speak with maintenance in regard to the dishwasher and will get back to you about it. In regards to the smoke, you are correct that there is no smoking allowed on the property. I have spoken with you previously about this situation, but I did not hear from you in a while so I thought this stop. Let me know if this happens again when I am at the office to go to verify. We have been tenants since 2019. Our experience here at Urbana has been great. Community is clean, units are up to date, maintenance crew is quick to respond & leasing staff very friendly.

It is a very well managed apartment complex. Residential events are excellent. The service is great, and work orders are completed within 24 hours. Lots of cool Amenities inside the complex and the swimming pool is very clean. It's a great place to live and I would recommend it to everyone.

Urbana is reasonably priced, has an excellent staff who are all ears to help resolve any issues, great amenities within the community, smart security, plush and modern apartments with good appliances, nice hard floors, serene neighbourhood, excellent maintenance. The courtyard roof garden, office space, coffee lounge, yoga studio and gym are the toppings to this excellent community.

Excellent apartment home. I feel safe in the hallways, in the garage, love the game room and coffee shop. My church group rented the club house and love it. I would love to have the pool equipment in the game room. The pool is beautiful and hot tub is perfect. I love the landscaping in front and in the courtyard. The parking lot is always clean. Thank you.

I love living at Urbana. It is resort style living at an affordable price in a great neighborhood. The staff is friendly and attentive. I feel the property looks even better than usual and more resident focused activities since Errik became manager.

I have lived here 3 1/2 yrs and loved it. I am 89 yrs old and plan to be here as long as i can live alone. My Daughter lives about 15 minutes from me so Im here to stay. Love this place.

Living at Urbana has been great since day 1. The staff has a wonderful balance between professionalism and courteous. The amenities are top notch! The apartments are spacious and up to date. I am pleased to call this my first "home" in Florida.

Urbana is a great place to live. Love the way the landscape, eminentes and parking lots are kept. Love the valet services provided daily. Urbana keeps you well informed about any maintenance, activities and updates you need to aware of in a timely manner. Urbana gives back to the community to great charities like St. Jude! We truly love living here. Errick and his team manage Urbana with such mindful care, from notices warning us of disruptions several weeks in advance, to communications about happenings in the community that affect the residents. They also keep the property in excellent shape. The buildings and the grounds welcome us like we're coming home to a very well-maintained resort property with interior corridors and thoughtfully-designed buildings (all 3 of which have in-building parking garages BTW). Errick, Cindy, Ishaam, and Suly are all very approachable and respond to texts and email very quickly, and always treat their residents with respect and professionalism. The rest of the staff also do their jobs so wonderfully well. The common areas and amenities are always clean and in good working order. There really isn't a downside to living here, except for the hard water (which ends up on the bathroom fixtures, dishes, and even film on our skin), but I imagine such water hardness is on par with the Hunter's Creek's water quality, so there really isn't anything management can do about it.
