I love living at Urban Loft Co. this is such a safe space and very convenient for me since I go to UCA. I also love the manager Natalie. She always answers when I have an issue and go above and beyond for us. Highly recommend

Clean, quiet, and well maintained. Sign-on process was very simple. Nothing but good words for the manager and maintenance staff.

Urban lofts is a great place to live! With cozy living space, new and upgraded building, and water/electricity included, it’s a no-brainer!

There is a combination unique lock for entrance into the apartment building and the parking lot is well lit for nights. The new housing development has lights on every house behind the apartment complex too. It feels as calm as possible here at the Urban Loft.

The Urban Loft in Conway, is the perfect place to stay. It’s very well thought out and the lofts are just spectacular. BRAND new appliances and beautiful wide windows that let in lots of natural light. I absolutely love it here! Not to mention the property manager and her team are just amazing people. I don’t think I’ll ever leave. All good vibes. You should stop by and see what all the fuss is about! You won’t regret it.

Very updated with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and nice furniture. They have beautiful huge windows and because they are new they are very clean. Staff have been very helpful, understanding, and patient.

Living at an Urban Loft Company apartment has been a fantastic experience! The space has that modern, industrial loft vibe I love, and it's both stylish and comfortable. One of my favorite perks is the 24/7 gym access — it's so convenient to work out on my own schedule. I also really appreciate the key pad entry system. It feels secure and makes coming and going super easy. Plus, being able to have my cats here makes it feel like home. Not every place is pet-friendly, so that was a huge win for me. The management has been great — responsive and easy to work with — and the building is always clean and well-kept. Overall, it's a perfect fit for my lifestyle, and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, pet-friendly place to live in the city.

Urban Lofts in Conway is absolutely amazing! The apartments are modern, stylish, and full of natural light with those beautiful high ceilings and open layouts. The location is unbeatable right in the heart of downtown, close to great restaurants, shops, and UCA. The building is always clean, maintenance is fast and friendly, and the community feels safe and welcoming. It truly feels like luxury living in a small-town setting. The Urban Loft is not like ANY PLACE you have ever lived! Its SUPER Classy and all the Lofts have new and Modern Furniture and Appliances !! Its very safe, and has private "ENTRY CODE" to the building as well as PRIVATE PARKING! (small fee :) ) Love all the Management and their DEDICATION to making the "TENANTS" feel seen and heard. PLUS!! I mean you live in the same building as The Lost Pizza Co. What else could be better! MOVE IN TODAY!!!

The unit is fresh, bright and airy. It comes furnished which is perfect for college kids or young adults starting out. Secured building with great amenities. Appliances and flooring are new!

I have had a very nice experience with Urban Loft. The management is great. The lofts are fully furnished and, utilities are included in the rent making payments a lot less stressful throughout the year. I love the big windows and the security system which includes cameras everywhere and password require entrances.
