Property Ratings at University Village & Court Apartments
We lived in University Village for 2 years and loved it! Management is so nice and very responsive. The apartments are very spacious and the utility package is really generous. The porches and balconies were a great amenity. The only downside is the community washers and dryers that cost and don't really work that well but everything else was great. Definitely recommend University Village!!
