I have lived at this complex for more than 4 years and I love the office staff as well as the maintenance crew. They always say hi when you pass by and they are all very friendly. The complex is very clean and orderly. The laundry rooms are cleaned every day. The trash can areas are clean and orderly. There are social gatherings and tenant appreciation days. Best place I have lived so far.

Overall the property is always kept clean, I think maintenance does a great job as far as keeping the place clean as well as fixing whatever needs to be fixed!

I like living at the Plaza Apartments for the most part, the staff is nice and friendly. I just don't like how they reassigned my parking space to someone else. I felt that it was unfair, especially since I've been a resident for a long time.

I've only lived here for about a year but it has been a great experience. The front office is quick to respond to any issues and the community is very safe and clean. I'm a full time student and the location near Fresno State is unbeatable.

University Plaza has been great to my boyfriend and I. This is our first apartment together and the apartment has great staff and helps us out whenever we need it. Parking is a little bit of a hassle since we have two cars and only one covered parking but other than that, we love our home!

This place is excellent as far as a nice cleanly kept complex. They have a night security on call and on site at closing hours. The property management very polite and timely. I would recommend this place s to anyone with no hesitation. Great pricing as well.

Move in day, signing leases, getting in contact with staff was as easy as it could get. Very happy that my partner and I choose University plaza. The yard work is always kept up to date. Its never to loud. A good place to call home for awhile.

I love the layout of this apartment building. I also like how clean the outside of the apartment is. I love how theres a gate, laundry room are clean, pool area is clean and tidy. I havent gotten the chance to use the club house and gym yet. But I will soon! Management Pa is awesome. She makes sure to fix any problems (bugs) which is bound to happen because they are everywhere outside. I have to say parking is a little tight. But other than that everything is going so far. My first month is going great! I would definitely recommend! Also to mention this is my first time renting and Im super satisfied thank you!

Overall I am very pleased, it is beautiful here. Cleaner than other apartment complexes. Location is exceptional, close to University and stores.
I love the way they answer the phone , they are nice and understanding people and always come through except maintenance is a little late and have been trying to get something fixed for a while!
Overall, the apartments are nice and the staff is very friendly. I simply disagree with certain aspects of management such as parking and the handling of Covid-19.

Great place to live at. Place looks clean and staff are really nice
Dont recommend, parking is not available to all. You have to rush home and get parking by 4. After that you cant leave or do anything because you wont find parking.
A reallly nice place to live with your family or friends.
Apartment atmosphere feels safe, complex is well maintained, and is quite affordable. If you maintain a responsible tenant relationship, daily life is no problem. Unfortunately the complex is not a NO smoking....of any kind...environment
Neat community, professional and effective management
Have lived here almost 2 years. Great staff knows me by name and promptly resolves any issues. Safe, clean community with frequent events that bring residents together. Best place for the Fresno State students in the area!
After 2 years, the staff and property has been excellent. Parking can be a hassle if tenant(s) have more than 1 car. But other than that, no problems.
University Plaza is a very great place to live as a student. Its clean, very close to university and the staff is very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for future exchange students
