New owners are great
So glad this place has new owners. Great place for the right price.

It’s nice location and decent sized. I lived in a 2 bedroom on the top floor and the neighbors were super loud and aggressive. We had issues with bugs yet got blamed and had to pay even though the inspector said it was from the neighbors but management wouldn’t treat the whole complex to get rid of them.
