The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We are so glad to hear that Karen and Molly were able to make your move-in process stress-free and that any issues you had were promptly addressed by our maintenance team. We appreciate your recommendation and hope that you continue to enjoy your apartment at University Park Apartments.
Living in University Park was the first time I had ever lived off campus and it was my very first apartment. I would recommend this place to any college student looking for a nice place at a good price. The prices are extremely competitive and they have the best service. The rooms are a very nice size and everything is included like washer and dryer. The buildings are very spacious, and with the prices you get alot of bang for your buck. Any maintenance issues they took care of them same day, the service was just outstanding. The apartment complex is also right down the street from the University of Central Arkansas and it is also in close proximity to everything else you may need. The staff is always a call a way and multiple staff members live on site for your convenience. I loved it!!
I am a college student living off of scholarship excess aid. Rent is cheap, and the apartments are lovely. Ms. Angela (the property manager) made the moving in process ridiculously easy for my roommate and I. Some of my friends have had issues getting maintenance requests getting taken care of, but I have had no personal issues with it! I highly recommend this complex. The apartments are clean, the management tries to make life easy for the tenants, and it is conveniently located.
287.50 a month with utilities running about 65-70. Rooms are a nice size to fit your belongings comfortably. Though its not a "fancy" apartment it is perfect for a college student or someone just looking for a comfy/afordable place.
