I have enjoyed my time here at University Manor I don’t feel just like another tenant. The staff is always very helpful they go above and beyond to make sure all my needs are met. The maintenance team is always fast. I have never lived in a more quiet apartment building. The 24 hour staff is also a great piece of mind! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to live.

University Manor is cozy, quiet, safe, and clean. I've lived here for five years. They always do their best to remedy any problems I have and are quick to fix anything if I need it! Highly recommend!

I have lived at University Manor for over a year now, and I absolutely love the complex. It is walking distance to campus and has several shops on the hill that are very convenient. It's also a quiet building and very well kept. The laundry facility is very easy to use and the extra storage in the basement is an additional bonus. The staff and maintenance crew are very respondent and is always ready to help with questions. Definitely recommend living here!

UM is such a great place to live! The people are so friendly, and the building is a beautiful place to call home :) The staff is really cool; the building manager Madi has a warm and welcoming personality. She's open to new ideas and suggestions, and is always looking for new ways to improve UM. Plus, the rent is very reasonable with fixed all inclusive utilities that you won't find anywhere else. I definitely recommend picking University Manor!! My boyfriend and I have been here for 6 months and have already extended our lease for another year and half!

Me and my fiancé and lived here for 1 year now and plan to live here 2 more for sure! We seriously love it! It’s so close and convenient, to campus, the hill, and local restaurants. The staff is so nice and helpful whenever we need it. The bedroom and living room are extremely spacious and that’s what we enjoy. We have two cats and really like they are able to be here at low cost per month!! I highly recommend you live here!!

University Manor is a great place to live whether you have a family, are a college student with a roommate, or live alone. You see all kinds of families/people in this residence, and they all seem happy. Everyone is friendly so you never feel unsafe with where you live. I have lived here for going on three years, and I could not have picked a better first place to live. They are always updating things to keep it above satisfactory for tenants. We just got three new laundry rooms downstairs! To get into the building you need your a specific key otherwise it will not let you in. This helps keep people who do not live here out, and gives tenants a great sense of safety. The neighborhood is right next to the hill which has a lot of bars, so sometimes on weekends at night if your windows are open you can hear people yelling and having a good time, but it's nothing closing your windows doesn't resolve. It's only a few blocks from UNI so if you are planning on attending there this is the perfect place to live! There is also a bus that picks you up to take you places just a couple blocks down if you have transportation needs. Finally, I love the staff here! They are always so friendly and willing to help. We've had many light bulbs changed, and other things fixed and the maintenance guy is always happy to help. If you have a problem late at night, you can also call the on call person. University Manor make the residents a main priority!

Living here the last few years has been wonderful. There is security to get into the building and there is an on call person at all times. Mail is in the front of the builiding with your own personal key. They are quick to address any and all needs. Whenever we need something fixed (toilet seat, lightbulbs, air conditioner, etc) the maintenance team is always there to do it. Laundry is accessible and fast. The apartments are clean and really a bang for your buck. Utilities are included in rent each month so you do not have to worry about that! We get some of the best compliments from living at University Manor because it is so nice. I feel safe away from home and it is in walking distance within the hill and campus. Parking is great too! There is one assigned spot and then there is off street parking or a small lot designated to residents of University Manor. Friendly staff and overall a great place to be!

University Manor is by far the best place I have lived off campus during my time at UNI. Your utilities are included in your bill each month so you do not have to worry about prices going up and down each month. They have one bedroom apartments which are honestly such a luxury when wanting to live by yourself. The apartments are so big and so nice and let in lots of light. I love that you have to have a key to get inside and you have your own assigned parking spot. It is always so quiet and you almost never see anyone in the hallway. There are cookies, snacks, and a Keurig machine out in the main lobby every morning for residents to get something before heading out. The staff is always on top of everything and maintenance is available whenever you need them! I LOVE living here.

I have loved living at University Manor! They offer the best price on 1 bedroom apartments and the office staff is some of the nicest people! All maintenance related issues are taken care of by them and are done in a timely manor. Their location cannot be beat. They are right on the hill within walking distance to campus, local businesses, and the recreational trails. Even though these apartments are located on College Hill, they are super quiet!!! You do not have to worry about not being able to get homework or studying done, because every tenant is super respectful of everyone. I cannot say enough good things about living here, such a great experience!

I love University Manor! I moved in just over a year ago, and couldn't be happier! 2 blocks from UNI, so I walk everyday. There is a convenience store a block away as well as the college hill. It is quiet at night so I can study without leaving the apartment. Management is great! 5 stars from me! Couldn't be better!
