The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at University Heights Apartments
Moved in this past September for law school and I think I'll be out of here when my lease ends. I live in a studio -- it's a nice unit! Not much to complain about inside my apartment. Always have friendly encounters with staff too. Outside, however, the neighborhood and other tenants are loud. Don't be surprised to hear screaming in the building, loud cars gunning down varsity, or that a crime occurred around the corner.
I went here in search of an apartment and was rudely treated. I simply asked if they had anything available and was told no. My 3yr sister had to use the bathroom and they told her no as well. When we asked to speak to the manager the manager and the employee that was rude they both laughed at our complaint and said they would call the police if we didn't leave. I later found out this apartment still has many units available.
The apartment is old for sure but once you get it decorated and moved in, it can be great. My unit doesnt have a bathroom vent and the bathroom itself is awkward small. However we can make it work. The real issue is the buildings student tenants. Talk about rude, loud, inconsiderate fools. You simply can't keep up with the amount of noise.
I liked it at first bit now I feel like it's all coming apart i really need a new place to start of fresh
Nice place to live at an affordable price! Haven't had any issues at all.
