My resident experience has been great. I would recommend u grove to everyone if I could. I plan to stay here until I am finished with college. So glad I found this wonderful, magical, place.

It is very clean, you have to stay on top of maintenance, but that is just anywhere, other than that it is great! I like how private each of the rooms is, and they are decent for how much rent is. The rent is relatively cheap.

This house has been a nice place to live overall. It’s spacious, comfortable, and in a convenient location close to school. The layout makes it feel very homey, and I’ve appreciated the quiet neighborhood. Like any house, there are a few small things that could use improvement, but they haven’t taken away from the overall experience of living here. The office has been responsive and willing to help, which has made a big difference. I’d recommend this house to someone looking for a solid, affordable rental.”

So far university grove has been great, any issues I've had thus far has been quickly resolved. The leasing office has responded to any conflict very well.

I love the place but the trash situation is pretty bad. The residents need more dumpsters to accommodate everyone's trash or we need the trash cans back.

There were a few issues with communication in the beginning, however since that has been solved, everything is great! I wish the yard was fenced in though because we do have pets. There are also no amenities, however, it doesn't bother me much because I chose to live in a house setting over an apartment!

I love Ugrove, I love how spacious the houses are and how they are student living but feel like I’m in a house. Just wish we had more pet friendly spaces :)

Everything has been going good and smooth quiet neighborhood how I like it just didn’t like how my trash can would get used by my neighbors if they didn’t pay for it

We had issues with rooming assignments and a lot of he said she said. We have also been waiting now 2 months for them to remove a desk out of our apartment. I know they sent out an email about people keeping their dogs on leashes and cleaning up after them but it’s still happening. I don’t wanna hear at 7am someone calling after their dog on a Saturday because they can’t keep it on a leash. Moreover the house was dirty when we moved in, oh yeah we are still paying a community fee even though they removed our individual trash cans. The facilities by itself is nice, I think that management just had a HUGE learning curve.

I love it here! Just wish we had a trashcan . Love the leasing office , staff and the community. Would def live here again ! Also , need more community events

love it here the staff is very nice and helpful. Though our AC was broken for a while, maintenance request get filled pretty fast aswell. The parking situation isn’t too bad though it can be annoying sometimes. overall it has been a good experience

I love it here it’s very reserved and peaceful. There hasn’t been any bad vibes or experiences so far. The location is really close to all the man attractions which is very fortunate so I don’t have to go out my way much.

I loved the welcoming environment and Brock one of the property managers was very informative and kind; while showing the property. He was patient and answered every question during my tour of the property.

the staff is great, answers the phone and there emails very promptly. was able to answer all questions I had before signing my lease, can't wait to move in a few days

I had a positive experience with University Grove Student Housing. The tour manager was friendly and gave a thorough tour of the amenities while assuring me that my application fee would be waived. The living environment was comfortable and convenient, and the staff were supportive, making it an ideal place for student living.

Im really having a good time here and I didn't expect the environment to shape me the way it has. My roommates and I are very happy with the place we got as well and we don't plan on leaving any time soon
