Best place to live if you go to Penn State Behrend! Extremely easy commute & fun living environment. Plus the staff is extremely friendly & helpful!
Conveniently located right across from campus! Prompt and efficient management service to handle all your apartment needs. Large, clean laundry facility and rec room. Even a pizzeria on site!
Nice college units! Excellent customer service, always returning calls and taking care of any issues. Great location right across from PSU.
Ugates at penn state Behrend is such a great experience! I lived here for 3 years and It had all the amenities necessary and maintenance available 24/7. The staff is so friendly and helpful!! Other living arrangements are so much more expensive but ugates is so convenient as well as comfortable and I’m so happy looking back at the times I’ve had there.
University gates is not only in a prime location, but also is a perfect size apartment for student living. The staff makes the application process exceptionally easy, and I will definitely be returning to university gates next year.
