Horrible rude management doesn’t care about residence at all. Apartments are dirty and infested with bugs and management will not respond to emails and plays dirty tricks to keep extending your lease. Avoid at all costs too many other options in the area to settle for this dump.
Run! Management/Maintenance is unprofessional and rude. Neighbors loud and inconsiderate. Horrible place to live.
Terrible service, difficult to work with the staff, complete disregard and disrespect for students. Never in the office even during working hours. Atrocious at communicating and will never work with the residents unless it benefits the office.
The management is horrible and take it out on its tenants. The complex is very old and outdated. The building I’m staying in has a ton of roaches. I would definitely go somewhere else if I had a choice.

Lived here for years. Staff is great has been helpful. Manager is understanding and very responsive when I needed help. Would recommend to live here.
The place needs to find a new manager that is more component on executing costumer service.
