Property Ratings at University Club Apartments
I just moved in about a week ago, and I love it here. My apartment is so adorable and the price I got was a great deal. I looked at so many over priced units , they were nice , had nice amenities to use, but the price was out of this world. And I dealt with a lot of office staff that acted as though I was bothering them. I felt welcomed and comfortable the moment I walked into the office at University Club. You can not beat the deal they give you and the home feeling you will have when you come to visit or live here. The staff is nice and helpful. The neighbors I have are great , which was a problem at my last apt. I highly recommend renting here. Brandy in the office, went above and beyond to take care of all my needs and make sure my move went smooth. She checked on me after my move and addressed any concerns I had before leaving for her day. I felt appreciated as a new resident , that is nice to experience with the stress of moving. I want to thank Brandy and Cory or being the nicest staff of any property I have lived on. I can honestly say that anyone will love living here, great price,great floor plans, amazing location, and very professional and nice staff. I had one issue and it was trouble finding parking when you get home late. Other than that , everything else has made this move the best one I have had. I am excited to enjoy the rest of my lease as a resident here...Thank you DTI staff at University Club !!! ( Brandy and Cory )
My apartment is pretty good. The location is the best though. You have a mall nearby, grocery and schools.
