All units have recently been remodeled with: hardwood plank vinyl flooring, sparkling quartz countertops, farmhouse style stainless steel sink as well as stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. There is an air conditioning unit in the living room and bedroom which is very refreshing to walk into after a hot day lounging by the pool! Street parking only, pets will be considered with additional pet rent, trash and landscaping included, on-site laundry rooms, BBQ and pool with lounge chairs.
