Union on Fletcher

Living here has been a more positive than negative experience for me personally. I understand that not everyone shares this opinion in the reviews, but it’s worth noting that most people tend to leave reviews when they’re upset rather than when they’re satisfied. Union has genuinely been one of the best apartments I’ve had the pleasure to live in. The office staff have generally been very welcoming and friendly, and they even featured a dog I was watching for a friend on their Instagram. My maintenance requests are usually resolved promptly, and I feel that the staff take pride in their work. The only real complaints I have come from interactions with other residents. I’m not sure if it’s due to entitlement or youth, but they can be challenging at times, from loud noises to occasionally reckless behavior. However, overall, I am happy with my stay at Union.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place hands down has the worst and most inconsiderate management I have ever seen in my life. To start off the parking situation is EXTREMELY ridiculous as there are not enough spots per bed. If you are a college student living off campus 9 times out of 10 you have a car so it doesn't even make logical sense to not have enough spaces per bed. If your a family/friend of a resident get ready to walk or get your car towed. There is a huge possibility that your child will not have parking and will be stuck walking across fletcher during traffic, late at night, and holding grooccves/school supplies. In addition to walking across this street and I have contacted the complex to look into at least putting a street light so cars can see students that have to walk across the fletcher late at night after work or a long day at school and I was ignored with no response. There are many residents that are left to park across the street and this causes a huge safety concern since there are many speeding/drunk driver, especially for someone that is a young women. I was also told by the manager that I was next on the waitlist in the beginning of summer and to this day I am still on the "wait list" beside the fact that I have friends that have simply emailed to get a parking spot and were granted one. The manager has no compassion or empathy as she made my mother seem like an angry parent for being concerned for her daughter and she has made me seem impatient even though I have been dealing with the same issue since I literally signed my lease. Although the building itself is nice its not worth dealing with management that is extremely unhelpful and rude at all times. I have emailed the manger before since the front staff's answer to EVERYTHING is "I cant help you but feel free to email the manager" and the manger didn't even respond to my recent email. They also have decided to overcharge my roommate on electricity so she is now paying $70 where everyone else pays $1 because "her monthly rent is too low and they need to even it out" like what does that even mean

A common complaint about union on fletcher is that is nearly impossible to get parking. I signed a lease contract and at the time did not have a car. I recently moved in and do have a car on campus. I called to get a parking permit so that I can park in the covered garage and they told me that because I didn’t indicate that I wanted a parking permit when I signed my lease almost a year ago that I would not be able to change this. I will have to park in one of 12 guest parking spaces outside! It’s crazy to think that as a resident I have to either park in guest parking or park across the street! I don’t understand how a student apartment complex doesnt have enough parking spaces to accommodate at least each tenant living in the building! Wouldn’t recommended living here, they don’t try to help you at all!

There are maybe 10 visitor parking spaces for the entire apartment complex which is ridiculous for a "student" apartment because there is nowhere for friends/family to park. There is also hardly ever resident parking on my floor. I live on the 2nd floor and have to park on the rooftop a lot because people would rather walk down the stairs than drive the garage. The front desk workers are not able to handle any situations from dogs barking to roommate questions and issues, the answer is always "I cannot do anything to help you but you can send the manager an email." The issues continue and aren't even resolved by the managers.The pool is great but it closes at 10 even on weekends during the summer. For an apartment designed for and leased specifically to college students, this makes no sense.

I loved this place. The 1x1 floorplan is perfect for just me to have my own personal space. I can't wait to move there!

Union on Fletcher feels like a resort! The staff is so kind and accommodating and the amenities are excellent.

This apartment is a-MAZE-zing! Such a nice, new, and beautiful place for people to stay at. Staff is phenomenal and I couldn’t be happier living here :) I suggest to everyone!

As someone who lives here, I renewed a lease for next year for how wonderful the quality and staff of this complex is. Everyone is so helpful and kind and takes every situation personally to help and fix. Wonderful units!

This apartment complex has exceeded my expectations by far! The amenities are beautiful, it's a very nice place to live overall, I have met so many people here by the pool area & courtyard, and the staff is amazing! Definitely consider this place a home away from my actual home while I am here for college. 10/10 recommend!!

Union on Fletcher has everything a college student could ask for. Great amenities, fun events, and a friendly staff who is always willing to help!

Toured this property recently with Skylar. The apartments are new, clean and with a ton of amenities. And Skylar was outstanding - friendly, put us at ease and very knowledgeable!

The staff here at the front desk are amazing. I spoke with a very nice woman named Skylar and she was so helpful and made Union feel like it was already home. She made me feel so welcomed and excited to become a resident!

Staff is always very helpful, Christian especially makes me feel listened to and takes care of my problems quickly. Pool is dope, would definitely recommend living here !

They have been one of the most deceitful and unhelpful places I've ever moved into. I was nickle and dimed at every opportunity they got. The way their pricing system works is unclear and misleading. Every time I called with an issue they were unhelpful and didn't resolve anything. At one point They lowered the price of the same style of unit that I'm renting. When I called to see if I could go with the lower price for the exact same unit, I was told I can't. When it came to moving in there was no place for me to park my moving truck. Somehow though they plan on moving 600 people in at once on the same day. I'm locked into a year long lease, but I can guarantee I will not be renewing when the time comes. Don't make the same mistake I did by renting from here.
