The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Union at Wiley
Me and my partner applied for these apartments at the beginning of the summer. it was a very extensive process. that lasted 2 months. A big waste of time. yes, these are income restricted apartments but the amount of time it took to even summit things were ridicules, over the course of the 2 months! it would take 3 days to a week before they would go through our stuff. And was terrible at getting back to us. I have never had such a bad experience in my life. Truly upsetting. Throughout this whole process we were told that we were approved and that were closer to getting everything finalized and from the very first meeting to showings we were told that we were already approved. Only to find out we were not under the income restrictions when I was told otherwise many times. This had happened not even 10 minutes after, we had gotten an email stating they needed to see one of our pension savings we did not even get a chance to send them the documentation they had called us right after they sent that email. If that was the case, I should have been told that at our first showing before doing all this unnecessary paperwork. We were also told we had to be 5 months out of high school before moving in that was what one of the staff members had told us, I had asked the office attendant at our next viewing and that was not even a thing. Do not I repeat! DO NOT waste your time applying for this apartment complex. Have A Blessed Day.
