Apartment Manager Hates Her Job

They apartment manager will give you a violation for anything, the dumpster area looks like they haven't taken the trash out in weeks. and it is always something wrong with the apartments.

Unruly kids

The management is great but the Neighbors can be a little unkempt. The trash area looks like the city dump. The biggest negative is being placed with loud upstairs neighbor's kids who constantly run, jump and bump. It's only quiet when they gone for the day and when they are sleep. The property has a no smoking rule but on weekends Tenants smoke on balconies. There's not a lot of drama. Which is nice.
