Sheldon is adjacent to Mobile Regional Airport and roughly three miles southwest of the University of South Alabama. Wooded and hilly, this attractive neighborhood features several creeks and Optimist Lake. Sheldon is about 15 miles west of Downtown Mobile, with Interstate 10 providing an easy commute into the city.
