Twin Oaks Manor is located at the corner of Twin Oaks Rd. and North Portage Path, directly across the street from Portage Country Club in the Highland Square area. Twin Oaks is comprised of three buildings and is made up of studios, 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartments. The Manor was built in the early 1920's and the buildings, as well as the individual apartments, retain a lot of the original charm of that era; e.g. decorative fireplaces, high ceilings, beautiful crown molding, original hardwood floors, etc. All 3 of our buildings have been undergoing major renovations and can now boast new double-paned energy efficient windows throughout, new roofs, and new landscaping!
