Be sure to check out Twin Coves Apt. Ryan was so helpful to my son when he was looking for an apartment. If Ryan ,the manager, is any indication of how the apartments are ran then Twin Coves is the place to be. We searched long and hard for my son a new place to live. So many places had bad reviews. We were at our wits end. Then Tyler met Ryan. His positive attitude and knowledge was such a refreshing change. I'm sure my son will be happy living here. Thanks so much Ryan. Shawn
Twin Coves is a nice place to live. Very people and military friendly. Never had any issues with maintenance or the leasing office. Neighbors are very friendly and they always look out for each other. When I first moved in the complex was very quiet only noise you could hear are the cars on the main street and sirens every so often. Over time that started to change, now I can hear loud music past 11pm during the week. I've even heard some domestic disputes. Anytime I've complained to management about it they assured me they would look into it. Parking was great as well. That changed, now you can hardly find a spot near the building entrance if you come home after 9pm. Sometimes you can hardly find a spot after 5pm. Most of the parking issue comes from people visiting or residents having more than one car. But granted parking can be an issue with any apartment complex. I've never had any pest or rodent issues. It's a little pricey compared to other one bedrooms in Glen Burnie yet, you get what you pay for. Close to all major highways so getting to Baltimore or Annapolis is a breeze. Overall, great complex to live at. Highly recommended to anyone looking to move here.
Great location, i.e. convenient to Baltimore and Annapolis. The apartments are comfortable, with a storage unit available for use, and a small deck. The surrounding area is fairly quiet, although the road outside the apartment can get loud just with drivers going by. Not a super happening area, but a nice place to live with free parking and helpful staff that work here. Never any issues with bugs, etc too.
