Property Ratings at Tuscany Ridge
In 3 years, our rent was raised over $800 from when we first moved there. It also had 3 different owners in those 3 years. The pool is never heated and closed often for repairs. The security gates are often broken and not working for weeks on end. The complex looks pretty on the outside but the units aren't always updated, the carpet is old, and they typically just paint over things. The worst part is that they allow aggressive dog breeds. My small dog was attacked by a bully breed and I had to visit the emergency vet. One of the office staff actually blamed me because I took my dog to the vet instead of contacting animal control. I had many neighbors whose dogs were also attacked, and the office did nothing about it but continued to allow bully breeds under the guise of "emotional assistance dogs". In addition, the residents typically don't pick up after their dogs causing us responsible dog owners to have more vet visits for sick dogs. This complex looks pretty on the outside, but it is one of the most overpriced apartments in the city. Ownership does the least amount for the residents.

I do like Tuscany Ridge Apartments, particularly the servicing of them. There have been times that issues have come up and all I had to do was to submit a request and they were taken care of immediately. There was a time that a leak occurred at night and I submitted an emergency request and it was taken care of the same night. THANK YOU !!!
Love living here. Everyone in management is courteous and friendly and takes their time to listen to you. The grounds are taken care of and are kept neat.

Tuscany Ridge is a nice place to live in due to its location that near to freeway, schools and business establishments. A quiet neighborhoods and free from noise from vehicles passing by. The office staff are friendly and approachable ready to help in anyway they can. Price is also reasonable.

I love it here. It’s quiet and clean, kids have plenty of space to run. The office staff is very friendly and always lets the kids hang out in the technology or cinema rooms in the office. I’ve never had a problem with staff or neighbors. We feel very welcome and at home here.

We moved to this apartment community, and didn’t realize it was the best, the community, the convince of everything, blocks away from grocery stores, food, shopping everything convenient.. and close, schools parks, and the wineries all convenient, we didn’t realize we had access and was so close to it all

From the moment we stepped foot on the property of Tuscany Ridge, we were greeted warmly and felt very comfortable. The property, for me was the first tell tale sign that the community was valued and well taken care of. The staff onsite, keep the property clean and well maintained. Our family has been welcomed into the community with open arms and the environment and atmosphere truly make living here feel like home. Like any other apartment we have ever lived in, there have been a couple of small issues, unlike most of the other apartments, the issues are dealt with above and beyond expectation. Whether it was just a small question or a maintenance call, The staff at Tuscany Ridge are dedicated, friendly and most importantly authentic. They truly go out of their way to be helpful and courteous. We could not be happier with the choice we made to become part of this wonderful community. We really liked the place when we moved into the apartments. The reason why I give it a low score is that there are vehicle break-ins weekly. Nothing has been attempted to fix this issue that has been going on for a few months at least now. If you move to this complex your vehicle will most likely be broken into so be aware of that. If this issue changes I would definitely change my review.
I moved into these apartments short term since I knew my husband was gonna be stationed in another state. The leasing office made it such a great experience. They were super friendly and were very patient with me as I tend to have a million questions. Hands down the best place to live. Extremely quiet and only minutes away from so many different food options as well as shopping centers. I highly recommend this place to live. If you live in the back you will definitely get amazing sunrises and sunsets, which is also great for all the natural lighting.
COCKROACH INFESTED!! They KNOWINGLY rented us a cockroach infested apartment. We planned on renting short term while we were in between homes, as we sold our home and are trying to find a new home to buy. We moved everything in and were immediately (same day) told by a neighbor that our unit (along with the 3 attached apartments) were infested with cockroaches. It was the reason the previous tenant moved out and why he was moving (after 10 years) the following day. We also confirmed with with our above neighbor. We immediately ran down to the office and without hesitation they said they would refund our deposit and rent money. They did not put up a fight. They even quickly moved us into the office and shutt he door so nobody else could hear our conversation. However, they refused any and all moving expenses. We have tons of photos showing cockroaches in cabinets, doorways, corners, and all over the apartment that started showing up within minutes of moving in. We moved our belongings out SAME DAY and have been living out of moving truck for days now. We finally found another short term rental but its hundreds more a month. Because of Tuscany Ridge's negligence and complete disregard for human decency, we are out thousands of dollars in moving expenses, time off work, and moving into another home just days after moving in and out of their complex. We are seeking legal action as they refuse to see they owe us any money.
These apartments are very safe you feel like you're in your own home good neighbors happy families.

Great place to live! This is a gated community. Very close to grocery stores and the mall, most stores are within a mile or two. The common areas, pool, and gym are beautiful and well maintained. The office staff are helpful and accommodating, anything I need or any questions I have are immediately answered by the staff. The complex is quiet and family friendly. Parking is assigned.
This place is in a beautiful setting, the neighborhood are quite and nice. Close to anything you might need in Temecula. Management and Maintenace are very responsive. Rent are comparable to the area. There are lots of open parking and each unit has one cover parking. Some of the units on the back side has a full view. There are alarm system for each individual apartment. Never had an issue with noise from neighbors. The pool is heated year round, also has a fitness center, a racquetball court and a sonna room. This is a gated community with a remote access.
I have lived here since march and the apartment's are amazing. Management is absolutely amazing and they are always on top of things and especially when it comes to maintenance. Landscaping is beautiful here. You guys are very much appreciated for keeping up the great customer service and maintaining these apartments so greatly. We will be here for a while and will diffently refer anyone to live here.
I moved in about 4 months ago and I have no complaints. If anything needs to be fixed, Maintenence is extremely fast to fix the problem.I love how their is a code to call my number for family and friends to get into the gate at night.Pool area is nice and I have only met friendly people there. The complex is extremely quite and I actually never hear my neighbors! Parking is actually not bad!! Unless you get home late at night. Which is expected in a complex. Tuscany Ridge Apartments have been nothing but great to us which is a blessing considering the other places I have lived at. :)
While living in Tuscany Ridge Apartment Homes for the last 3 years, the 3 bedroom apartment that my family and I reside in has been comfortable and adequate for us. The access to it's business center is good but could use more hours for those of us who don't own computers. The pool has been recently renovated and looks outstanding and would invite guests anytime for a party. In addition, having my own parking space is great and availability to other open spaces for my second car is even better. Also, the heir of serenity...the peace and quietness of our area complex is a joy to have and be able to step out into my patio knowing this. Then, the breezes that wisk through our complex feels good to the body and soul.
The Tuscany Ridge Apartments are your upscale, well maintained, affordable and spacious family occupied apartment homes. These apartments come with large spacious patios, washer and dryer, dishwasher and a wonderfully relaxing community pool located central within the grounds. Along side, you will find a basketball court, a children's play ground, as well as a club house that provides an indoor racquetball court, total body gym, steam room, and lots of room for events. If you would like to get together with the family one night and enjoy a movie, the clubhouse also provides a cozy and private movie theater with theater style seating, large screen and sound proof walls and doors. Adjacent to this, pool side, you can find large, stainless steel gas BBQ grills that are available 24/7 for grilling out by the pool. With a spacious BBQ and pool area, you can lay out in the sun on the chairs provided, take a dip in the pool to cool off, or soak yourself in the steaming, bubbling hot tub. Tuscany Ridge is different from your average apartment homes as they provide ample parking, with large parking spaces. Units are typically assigned 1-2 designated covered places to park, located near or in front of the residence, while also providing ample guest parking so you can comfortably invite friends and family over. Large palm trees are scattered among the grounds for shading, with well maintained landscaping. The complexes are secure as there is an entry gate that must be accessed prior to entering into the property. Large storage units are available upon request, located within the complex, and rented out for a very low monthly cost. The staff here at Tuscany Ridge is no short of an added bonus to these luxury apartment homes. You will always find the staff helpful, courteous and professional, with excellent follow up when one is needed, and positive friendly attitudes You can also find grounds men and maintenance men hard at work daily, making sure that all is tip top around the grounds, while replacing any furnishings, both indoor and outdoor in order to maintain the upscale nature of Tuscany Ridge. I would highly recommend tenants to occupy the vacancies here at Tuscany Ridge. We have been happier and more comfortable here than we ever have before as apartment occupants. It is obvious to me that the Tuscany Ridge brand has gone above and beyond to provide an atmosphere of safety, affordability, and comfort for all those that come to stay.

My family and I have live here at the Tiscany Ridge apartments for a year now. It's a nice safe community with schools from elementary to high school near by. A lot of the apartments have been renovated and from looking at them they are really nice. Brand new pool area, and a small but useful gym area. The only down is parking! If I have company they have to park all the way on the other side of the complex even though we have 6 guest parking in front of the apartments but residents use them as their own. But overall a nice place to call home.
The view of the heart shaped mountain from my patio is breath taking. The size of the living room fits our over-sized furniture and family gatherings. The staff is friendly and always takes care of my apartment quick and efficiently. The pool and BBQ area are always clean and inviting.
