This place is absolutely disgusting. It is roach infested and trash is everywhere. Don‘t let the online pictures fool you . Management completely incompetent and maintenance hardly does anything. They only care about keeping the leasing office clean in the pool area. The rest of the property is dirty. There are dead animals in trash everywhere. The mailboxes are completely destroyed half of them don’t even have a door on them so anybody could walk up and take your mail. When we moved in, that’s when we saw that our apartment was roach infested, and that most of the stuff in there was broken and we had to call maintenance several times to even get things fixed.

I don’t know how this apartment has a 4 star rating on here. This is the definition of false advertising. I just moved in and this pace is infested with roaches. I asked for a renovated unit and this is absolutely not worth the price. Inside and outside of the complex is disgusting. I wasn’t allowed to see my own apartment before move in day and I can see why.

maintenance only responds after a week even if it’s an emergency like the AC breaking and the property manager June is terrible, rude, and unprofessional. Reaching out to corporate didn’t even change anything.

I don’t recommend this place, and I haven’t even applied. The information on this page is incorrect - specifically the dog weight restrictions. When I pointed this out, the response wasn’t, “I’m sorry we should get that fixed.” It was, “go look at our website; it’s correct there.” Poor professionalism.

I’ve never wrote a review, But I feel like this needs to be addressed . This place is filled with all types of bugs: water bugs, roaches, and silverfish. Trashed is always everywhere by the dumpster. We wrote servers complaints about our neighbors being loud, and NOTHING is being done about it. This place is a joke and you’re better off saving your money elsewhere. Maintenance takes months to handle a problem, and they don’t even fix the issue! My child isn’t able to sleep because there’s at least 30 people living in one apartment, just constantly being loud. The best advice I can give you is to drive past here and don’t look back !
PLEASE DO NOT RENT OUT HERE! The apartments are full of termites. Repeated requests to clear the problem goes on deaf ears as there management and maintenance crew dint bothered to resolve the issue and kept on blaming each other. Eventually when you leave the apartment out of frustration, they will not clear the deposit stating the apartment was not kept in good order. Leasing office denied to check the apartment when I left and now denying to return my deposit. I WILL REPEAT PLS DO NOT RENT HERE
This place is infested with termites. Every May-June termites return and the pest control doesn't help. I've lived here for 2 years and the gate has never worked. My A/C unit breaks has broken 5/6 times.
DON'T MOVE THERE! Extremely POOR MANAGEMENT even corporate!! I have been living there for three months in terrible conditions and they refuse to fix all the problems. I even talked to corporate and they said that it's all my fault. The office lady SUSANA IS AGGRESSIVE!! You can tell they have poor training skills, if any training. Now I am stuck with a lease in a place infested with COCKROACHES, SMELLY and afraid that they will do something to me. Also I have lost some of my personal belongings mysteriously. They have made me cry several time. Last time, they kicked me out of the office in a VIOLENT way for requesting pest control. Take my advise and DONT MOVE IN THERE!!.
Just moved out this place and it was ok. First day living here as they say in all other reviews, there were lots of roaches even if you tried to keep it clean, they do have pest control once a month I believe but man that doesn't help at all. We always had a/c problems, and the temperature in the apt in their afternoon even with ac would reach 90 degrees. Parking really sucks here. People have to park in the curbs all the time or in handicap spot because you can not find a parking spot. The gate does not work and has never worked since the time we moved in May 2016. I remember reading a review that said the same, so I'm guessing the gate has been out for a very long time. They will lie and tel you that they are working on the gate. Also there is no security at the complex and they will also lie to you when your signing that lease that they are looking for someone. Rent is due on the 4 of every month. 100 dollars extra if you pay after that. Wait after the 10 and it will go to collections or some lawyer. We did go through a financial struggle one month and they did not work with us even after paying rent on time all other 10 months before. There is bunch of ducks in the property and poop all on the pool. I dont think that's safe for humans. My car was hit in the parking as well, no one saw anything supposedly. Clubhouse is at all, it's only open for parties and etc. little crappy gym closes at about 10pm. Pool closes close to 9pm. Maintience people are nice and never had issue with them. The tall dark skin guy who works in office is super nice!!! Great guy. Lady who is manager sucks!!!!!!!! I will add more to this comment because now they owe me money from deposit. you should only move here if you LOVE termites, and if you HATE your front axle alignment in your car because the speed bumps are more than obnoxious. Very dirty outside, dog goes crazy everyday eating all the trash and garbage in the grass areas. Highly recommend you go down to the pawn shop and pick up a gun for home defense also. Overall a horrible place to live and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Ever. I would give it 0 stars if i could.
I have never written a review in my life but I feel like I have to. I've been living here for 10 months now and aside from the fact this whole place has one dumpster and I have to walk from building 15 to building 7 every time I take out the trash, the dishwasher hasn't worked properly once and no matter how many times I complain management doesn't care to fix it. I get my apt sprayed on a regular basis and last time the guy was here he told me I have termites. Once again I complain to management and they said they will come spray on Monday. The next day I came home to find termites everywhere.
I can't wait to move out!! I have lived here for about three years and after the first year the complex has gone severely down hill. Renovations have been done on the apartment but the work is shoddy at best. Many residents have no respect for their surroundings or others property, they are constantly throwing their garbage and garbage bags everywhere throughout the grounds and management does nothing to stop it. Twice there have been used condoms in the grass outside my apartment entryway!! Maintenance is a joke, I put in requests last November 2015 to and they closed the requests without completing them, when I went into the office to complain, they reopened the request said it would be done the next day, and it took a week. When they finally came, they only did half the work and broke something in the process. I opened new requests twice since then and both were closed without anything being done. People are constantly outside yelling to each other at 1 or 2 in the morning on week nights. This place is a joke, I am moving out as soon as I can even if I have to break the lease!!!
If you are considering moving into Tuscany Pointe, I implore you to reconsider. I lived in Tuscany Pointe for almost 5 years. During that time: - The security gate never worked. - The front office personnel - Sherry in particular - were so incompetent and rude to the tenants. - The fitness center was under construction for almost an entire year. - The "renovations" Tuscany Pointe is so proud of are TERRIBLE. I was displaced from my own home for a week and had to pay out of my own pocket for temporary lodging. - The workers who "renovated" my apartment DESTROYED my carpet. When I moved, Tuscany Pointe sent me a bill to replace said carpet. If you decide to live here, you WILL regret it. I promise you. Please reconsider.
I have been living here for 9 months and can't wait for my lease to be over. Management is a joke, they take forever to address any complaints. No matter how often we have pest control coming to the house, the place is filled with roaches and spiders.
My boyfriend I moved in there in June and are already out of the apartments that was probably the worst decision we ever made was moving into Tuscany point the people in the office are terrible maintenance doesn't know how to do anything the gates don't work they told us we could have a renovated apartment we had nasty dirty carpet when we got in there. You can smell cigarette smoke and marijuana smoke from other people's apartments it comes in through your bathroom vent a lot of the people that live there are very ignorant and rude and like a blast their music even though you've called the cops on them to ask them to stop and they continue to do it my car is gotten hit twice and they took three months worth of rent out in one month. If I could give it negative stars I would don't waste your time or money moving into that apartment complex move to the tapestry in citrus Park it's beautiful
I've been living here for over 4yrs with my 10 yr old daughter. Overall, this is a decent place to live. The only things I would say are cons is the fact that the front gates worked for a week when I moved in and have been broken ever since. They just recently remodeled and it took forever to complete, had to find somewhere to stay for a week and they did an OK job. Other than that, the staff is friendly and helpful and I haven't had an issue with neighbors.
The Tuscany Point apartment is a very friendly and family home very convenience and the management are great people would love to live here for a while it's quiet and safe the neighbors are friendly schools are convenience grocery stores parks parks the convenience of having a large apartment with a regular washer and dryer unique kitchen mid-size dining room storage it's all the great convenience to live at the Tuscany Point
The apartment was newly renovated when we moved in last year. This included new appliances in the kitchen, new washer/ dryer, new cabinets in kitchen and bathroom, new carpet and new wood flooring in the wet areas. It looked great. The rent was even better, $940/ month for nearly 1000 square feet, $40/ month for water. We love it. They increased rent for our renewal and due to some circumstances that put it out of our price range, but we loved it while it lasted.
Great location but worst management I've ever had in my life, I've been here 4 years the security gate hasn't worked the whole time. The office staff is very anti-customer service, every issue is a problem no matter how big or small we have been through at least 4 managers in my $ years here They wine & dine you to get you to rent but once you sign your lease the honeymoon is over . Corporate manager a joke to wont reply to e-mails or return phone calls don't even think about this place drive by plenty of other communities
