Tuscana Apartments

Great area to live in nice and clean apartments the maintenance on hand is very prompt and quick! On the other hand the management is dreadful… Anytime I tried to contact Megan the phone call would go to voicemail every single time. If you come into these apartments and think you are going to get your deposit back don’t get your hopes up, who knows maybe if Megan answered her phone it would be another story. Gabi on the other hand does a great job on answering any questions I’ve had and is always professional and friendly!

This complex is ok. The location is nice, the maintenance crews was awesome and the manager is very nice…but that’s where all of the good things about this complex ends. I did some research into this complex prior to moving in. The biggest complaints were that people had trouble getting their deposits back. I was assured that it was old management that did this and that was not the case anymore. Well I am here to tell you, nothing has changed. It has been over 5 months since we moved out and I still have not received my deposit back from Tuscana Apartments in Enid, OK. We moved out early after 8 months of living there. We cleaned the apartment before moving out better than it was prior to moving in (I have dozens of date stamped pictures to prove it). After moving out, we got charge a cleaning fee, a carpet cleaning fee and the partial month’s rent for leaving early, which we gave notice for. I even received a letter detail these charges showing a refund due to me. I called the manager on November 29, 2017, asking her about the deposit refund that I had still not received. She told me that I didn’t have one due to me! I even have the letter from them stating that I have one coming to me and that it will be mailed to me within 30days and she denied that it was sent to me. What a crock! I would advise anyone looking at apartments in Enid, OK to avoid this place. Their business practices are unscrupulous and deceptive. This has to be a practice form the management company or the owners and not the onsite manager as she is only following orders. Avoid this place at all costs if you don’t want to get shafted after move out! This type of treatment doesn't even deserve 1 star!

Tuscana apartments are nice and the grounds are well kept but their business practices are seriously lacking. They had previous problems with their managers stealing (which is resolved) but still have issues with rent statements not being mailed on time, overcharging and then not refunding, and increasing rent even when under contract. If you rent from them stay extremely aware of your statements and bills bc they'll take every extra penny from you.
