Greer, South Carolina is a convenient small town less than 20 minutes from Greenville. Apalachee Lake, streaming into South Tyger River, and Lake Robinson are located in Greer, giving residents wonderful water views. Greer Golf and Country Club on Gap Creek Road has views of Apalachee Lake and South Tyger River with memberships available to the public. Greer City Park in downtown stretches across 12 acres and offers a little oasis for the community. If you’re interested in learning more about the history of Greer, a visit to the Greer Heritage Museum downtown is a must.

Property Ratings at Tuscan Heights
Having resided in four different apartments prior to Tuscan Heights, I can confidently say that my experience here has been exceptional. Over the course of more than three years, we did not encounter a single issue or concern. The maintenance team was outstanding, consistently addressing requests on the same day. I wholeheartedly recommend Tuscan Heights for anyone seeking a high-quality, long-term living arrangement.
We moved in to this complex in September 2021 and have had a great time living here. The maintenance team and office staff are very friendly and always ready to help out! Beautiful landscaped grounds, facilities and sparking pool. Apartments are clean and updated. You won't regret living here!
It’s been awhile since I put in an application for this apartment and every time I call I’m constantly being told it would be longer until I get told an answer. I was lied to about who they had to talk to about my application and lied to about multiple things. DO NOT GO HERE! The management is rude especially the head manager the other 2 ladies were very helpful and nice. Every time I called I had to talk to the head manager and she was very rude and acted like I didn’t know anything. I will continue to tell people to not go to this apartment complex.
The apartments themselves are gorgeous, and very easy to live in. It would almost be a great place to raise a family. However, while living there, I was told that my girls could not go outside, even to run to the car, or walk the puppy we just got without me! I was also told that the office would be watching me at all times, and when they weren't, there were maintenance guys in my building to watch me! I don't know of anything that I have done wrong. Yet, the office even made up some excuse to call animal control and report me for having my brand new puppy in a crate while I wasn't home, so she was not tearing up their apartment! Yep, it was so nice and embarrassing when animal control posted a piece of paper on my door with bright red tape on it, saying my dog needed tags for everyone to see. They were unable to get in, so they had to post something. Apparently, a neighbor reported me because my girls were walking my puppy when I was sick. Funny, I thought the place was an apartment, not a prison, or another place where I was on lockup, and not allowed to have my kids walk my pup. I believe I was paying the rent?! Also, they "gave me a handicap parking spot" but could not designate it as mine, so everyone in the building found ways to park there before we could!
Highly recommend. Tuscan Heights is a great place to live. I love my 3 bdrm apartment. Its bright and clean and has a great open floor plan in the main living area. The office staff are always kind and professional. The maintenance crew are very good and ready to lend a hand if they see you struggling with anything. Well maintained grounds and the pool area is very nice too. Easy to get on and off from the interstate between Greenville & Spartanburg... close to a lot of shopping and restaurant options.
I lived here for a little over 3 years from 2017 until 2020 and during that time I really enjoyed my stay. The apartments seem well built with minimal noise. The complex is close the the GSP airport but also just far enough away so the jet noise is never bothersome. The front staff was always very friendly and the residents are mostly young professionals and small families. The community is gated and I always felt safe going on runs during my stay there. Parking is ok for the most part. There were some periods where parking would get sparse during some week nights on the lower right side of the community, but this was only once and a while and the other side of the complex always had parking to spare. The complex is about 2 or 3 minutes from Pelham Road and 85 where there are lots of restaurants, grocery stores including an Earth Fare and a Walmart. There is a large pool near the front and also a tennis court in the back. The interiors may be a tad bit dated, but still look nice and the unit I stayed in was very clean and seemed to have plenty of space. Any maintenance issues were usually fixed within a day and the landscaping was always maintained. If you are looking for somewhere quiet, close to shopping and affordable then I highly recommend Tuscan Heights!
