Property Ratings at Turtle Creek Kokomo
The staff is great! Never had a problem with getting things done. If I needed help with anything they did there best to make life here enjoyable. Highly recommend. I lived there 2 years and I would stay longer if I could.
We have lived here 3 months now and love it. Maintenance is quick and the office staff are always very friendly and helpful.
One of the nastiest places I've ever had to stay at. All of the hallways and apartments smell like cigarettes and weed. We didn't even smoke in ours and I'd leave the building smelling like a heavy chain smoker.
Worst year of my life. I moved in and only 3 outlets worked. I put in a request to fix it and it's been a year and NOTHING. Maintenance here is a terrible and pathetic. If you put in a maintenance request for something really simple, prepare to wait a few months for it. My dishwasher is always going out, as well as my garbage disposal. They let criminals live next to you and let everyone in the buildings smoke pot. Every freaking day the hallways reek of pot. Also, the ladies in the office like to make fun of their tenants. Practically did it right in front of my face. They do not care about this place. Updates are desperately needed as well as a whole new team. Cannot wait to get out of the place.
Although they didnt have the apartment size we were looking for, the offec staff seemed very knowledgable and polite.
