DO NOT RENT HERE! Where do I start with this place? They expect you to pay rent with ZERO communication about them changing anything. They revolve through management and maintenance like it's candy and they're a kid on Halloween. Good luck with getting anything fixed within a timely manner, because they do not respond at all to emails, phone calls, or maintenance requests. I can not tell you how many times I've had to fix things myself. They also changed the locks without any communication about it at all. I got home and couldn't take my dog out to use the bathroom. I recommend going anywhere else than here. Especially for the prices they're charging. You can get a better/ bigger place.

PLEASE DO NOT LEASE HERE!! person who does leasing is amazing(SHE I dont wanna name her beocuse trust me she is almost giving up on them) but this place do not care about any complains you have, I am writing this because I am done telling them THAT THEY NEED TO COME FIX MY APARTMENT my AIR is out, their is a leakage everywhere in my apartment, bugs are entering through the little whole in their bath tub area, evryrtime it rains the waters comes in and soil the carpet, the appliances are old and most of them are not working ( Ac gone out, oven won't work, dishwasher gone out, sink and sink grinder has been out of order, toilet flush has been out of order, ) the way they hand you the apt is DIRTYYY!!!!!!!.Sherman is beautiful but please this is the last place you want to be in, DONT TRUST THEIR WEBISITE

Manager told me apartments were remodeled and have new appliances. On the day I moved in, Manager said sorry my unit didn’t get new appliances. Needless to say, I cleaned gross stove and the mold out of the freezer/refrigerator. There were a few weeks I had wasps getting inside my apartment (18 total). I kept track because I’m deathly afraid of them. I told manager and was told they won’t do anything in my apartment. She said the pest control that we pay is for roaches only. So beware!

I have lived here three years in the 2 bed 2 bath. I'm picky young female professional. I needed a safe affordable place. Turtle creek is my safe haven. The office manager does a good job at screening and is quick to reply to texts and calls and get stuff fixed. The building is a little older but I find it charming and love my little fireplace and the big closets . Most importantly I feel safe here and the people actually care. If I didn't need a bigger place I would probably be here much longer then three years . Great place for the price clean and charming. I walk my dogs here at night and like the two full bathrooms and great price .

I've lived here long enough to know that the maintenance guy is great, but the buildings are very old tinder boxes, and I have no idea what the apartment manager does, but it's definitely not seeing to the needs and care of the apartments or the tenants. They're about the cheapest place in town, and you're getting what you pay for. Be sure you do what I did: Live here for the shortest term possible, upgrade ASAP, and completely avoid the apartment manager, who never seems to help very much. This will be easy: seems like she takes a week long vacation every other month. For the record, I'm a great tenant who's respectful and polite to neighbors. I'm never demanding nor obnoxious. I just keep quiet, pay my rent, and do my best not to complain or give anyone else a reason to. But that's not enough for this manager to treat you with respect.
