Turtle Creek Apartments

This was my first place to call my own, I lived here for three years and it was a very good experience, the maintenance men were fast and reliable, the office handled everything efficiently and never gave me any trouble. The complex was always kept clean and had a zero tolerance policy on troublemakers (which were few and far between) I would absolutely recommend living here

I was staying here 3 years and recently moved and hated I had to leave here. Amanda was the BEST landlord EVER! She was super nice and manner Maintenance was EVERYTHING! Mr Gene was there in 2.5 seconds anytime I had any issues which there were hardly any! . If you’re looking for a quiet , safe place to stay Turtle Creek would be a great place stay! K.M.

The best location in a very safe & quiet neighborhood, very affordable price and staffs are wonderful. Mr.Gene the maintenance guy is always quick at fixing things and make sure you wouldn’t have the same problem again. He’s so great at what he’s doing. The young gardener is hard-working always does stuff to keep the property pretty and clean. Sandy and Amanda are super helpful and always there answering your questions and taking care of everyone. Nice and friendly neighbors. I thought about living there just for a year in the beginning and ended up with 3 years. Everyone is so kind and like a family. I didn't want to leave but I had to relocate.

Sandra's and Amanda are Amazing! Love my neighbors. It is a very clean and quiet place. Maintenance man, Gene is VERY knowledgeable. I think he could fix anything. Grounds Keeper is always busy cleaning breeze ways and keeping the grounds beautiful. There are many return residents, because you just won't find a better ran apartment complex. These ladies in the office are the "cream of the crop".

Turtle Creek is the best apartment complex in the whole state of Alabama. The level of care that is provided is stellar. Everything from the prompt maintenance, assistance and overall treatment. During my time at Turtle Creek, I was extremely safe and felt like family. If you wanna live in a safe, friendly environment, then Turtle Creek Is the place to be. Thank you Ms.Amanda, Ms. Sandy and the maintenance team for your hardwork and service to the community.

The apartment complex is quiet, clean, beautifully kept landscape - year round. The staff is friendly, respectful and attentive to anything. The apartment was clean when I moved in. The neighbors I had were friendly and quiet. Did I mention that the area was sooooo quiet? My favorite part about living anywhere. :)

The staff at this location have done everything to help with moving in and out! If needed, I would certainly live here again.

I lived here before got married and moved out when my life returned back to them they welcome me back open arms. Ms. Amanda is the best work with me got me whatever i needed. I love this place and hated to leave again but i know i always have a home with them. You will be very pleased and love this place.

I would recommend Turtle Creek Apartments to anyone! Friendly, staff that go out of their way to make your feel at home. Apartments are always clean, secure and lawns manicured. When they say welcome home they mean it! Thanks for being there for me and helping me transition to Mobile!

Turtle Creek is a great place to live. It was a quiet place and within short distances to grocery stores and the Mall. The neighbors were friendly and caring. Security was great with a police officer living there as well. I am raising three grands and they loved riding their bikes at the tennis courts and splashing in the pool during the summer. Turtle Creek Apartments was perfect for me. The staff and maintenance personnel were always prompt to attend to any of my apartment needs. I highly recommend these apartments if you are looking for a convenient location, very reasonably priced, and a place with plenty of peace and quiet.

Turtle Creek is a great place to live. I lived there 3×'s throughout the years. I just moved out of P3. but, not because of anything to do with being there. There are many positives to this site. The Managers of the apartments are very professional as well as friendly. If you ever need anything for your apartment just call them or go to office. The Maintenance employees they have are awesome. I had a plumbing issue and they were there in less that 10 minutes and fixed the issue fast. That was the only time I ever needed maintenance at the most recent time of living at this location. And if you're wondering if I would move back? That's a definite yes! Thanks again to all members of property management and members of Maintenance.

Security was great with a police officer living there as well. I work in industrial construction, and needed to have peace and quiet after work; especially with me going to bed early each night in order to get up before daylight to go to work. Turtle Creek Apartments was perfect for me. The staff and maintenance personnel were always prompt to attend to any of my apartment needs. They even provided help with my move of furnishings out of the apartment on my last day. I highly recommend these apartments if you are looking for a convenient location, very reasonably priced, and a place with plenty of peace and quiet. Our construction work is finished here in Mobile and we are moving over to Baton Rouge for the next job.

I lived here for 3 years (1 year in a 2 BR and 2 years in a 1 BR) but now I’m heading off with my wife to a house. I really like the office staff and even the maintenance staff here. They were always very friendly and helpful. If you’re ever unsure about something then don’t be afraid to ask the ladies in the office or let them know about something ahead of time. They are very accommodating and fair! They are constantly updating apartments and keeping them in good shape (they actually replaced the A/C units in both apartments I lived in). The area is pretty quiet and I never had any issues (aside from the regular neighbor issues that come with living in an apartment and they even handled that for me). Anyway I’m sad to leave this place.

Amazing place to live! This was our first apartment after my husband and I got married and it was the best experience we could ask for!!! The office staff is AMAZING and the maintenance staff is always there to help! If you're looking for somewhere quiet, inexpensive, and friendly this is the place to go! We absolutely loved our time at Turtle Creek!!!

I had the opportunity to live in this fine community and if I needed to rent again in Mobile, it would be here. I had a limited income and a decent, but not great credit score. The apartments are spacious with plenty of storage space. The staff is friendly, helpful and really just plain amazing. If I needed anything, those needs were met beyond what I expected. The neighborhood is quiet and to find an apartment at that price range in a nice neighborhood like that is a rare find. It is close to schools, stores and 15 minutes to the larger metropolitan area. I would highly recommend Turtle Creek Apartments for those just starting out, re-establishing or those who just want quality apartments at a great price.

I've lived here for one year and have enjoyed the peacefulness here. The lady's that work in the office have always been super nice and made me feel welcome. There is a nice saltwater pool and also and smaller pool for babies. As a single mother of two I can always count on things being taken care of in a nice timely manner, especially when it comes to maintenance. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a nice, small community at a decent price.

My AC went out yesterday, I called 3 times. I had to call the fire dept out because they weren't going to come out at 630 pm due to, and this is a direct quote from the management, "you never know with the people around here". They consider it too dangerous to work at beer thirty I guess. I told them the fire dept was coming and suddenly they're rushing out to look at it. The old unit was not going to be replaced because they have to replace everything in the ac system that's 30 years old and parts are cheaper. So I had to send my kid to his aunts because it was 85 degrees at 8 pm. I told the management I was not happy about the issue, they told me it was an act of god. It's not an act of god, it's an act of poor maintenance by the corporate office. I called corporate and informed them in a message that I was displeased with the issue and I want something to compensate for the fact I had to live like this or else I'm calling the city to inspect the property as other residents have concerns about our safety. I do as well, especially since my water heater nearly caught fire. Only thing that saved us was that it was full of water. Our breakers did not trip and the apartment below us flooded. Due to these issues, our friends have decided not to lease and I would recommend that you do not either.

Wonderful quiet neighborhood although the apartments are quite small.

I like it here at Turtle Creek, I just hate how small the pool is. There are times where they will go weeks without cleaning it. Other then that, it is not bad here at all. Even with a middle school right down the street, it is still quite here.

Turtle Creek Apartments is a nice place to live. It is in a quiet area, but close to many business, close to schools. Not too expensive which is important to me.

This could be a place to call home for a fixed or low income person or family; however the apartments are in disrepair. I have been in this community almost a year; and, I have had numerous problems with the air - conditioner (finally got a new unit) but the air still seems to be going somewhere else. I have no refrigerator. It barely works. The rubber is gone and my food continues to spoil. The carpet needs to be changed out; the tile in the kitchen is cracked; and the ceiling fans are making noises. The front door to the apartment has spaces around the entire door big enough for flies and insect to come through. I really thought I would like this apartment but somehow I was sadly mistaken. Oh, and last but not least. These are minor observations. Some of these things I refuse to write. My lease is up in September I'm praying to God for another place to live. Finances at an all time stand still.
