Property Ratings at Turtle Creek Apartments
The building is in disrepair. Depending on who lives above you, you will probably get no rest. The ceilings show seams from the major structural damage and every time the tenants above you walk, it sounds like the ceiling is going to cave in. There are no rules for noise. The manager says that she stays up until 3:00am every night and understands how other people enjoy it too. Make this your last choice. You will NEVER have a single peaceful day in this building.
Turtle Creek is a the best apartment complex in Marion. It is in a safe area and not far from anything in Marion. Pricing is very affordable and definitely worth it. The Property Manager, Atlanta, is absolutely wonderful! She is the by far the best one TC has had since I got here (roughly 3 years). She is very helpful and understanding and she cares about everyone and their needs. She is very easy to talk to and makes you feel at home. Atlanta has greatly improved TC in the time she has been working there. TC also has a great maintenance department. Dan is very prompt with fixing anything. I highly recommend Turtle Creek. -S.G.
