This is my second year in Turtle Creek Apartments, this apartment is located in a prime location, great value for money. Newly built apartment and spacious. All the appliances are brand new and management is always super responsive to the issues reported ( honestly I didn't face any issues as of now), friendly, and safe community. George Guffey is elementary is a 2-minute walk from the community. The pool is a great place to hang out with your friends and family. Overall I will give a 5 start rating with my 2 years of living experience.

Love the location. Easy access to everything you need yet secluded and away from it all. Nice and quiet. Office and maintenance staff are the best. Any questions or concerns you have they're on it. Love the modern touches and spaciousness of the apartment.

We absolutely love Turtle Creek! It’s a very beautiful, modern style apartment with lots of open space. You never hear your neighbors but when you do see them, they are always really nice. The staff is very helpful and the maintenance team responds quickly to your needs. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex!

Turtle Creek has modern and beautiful apartments! The leasing team was very accommodating with our move in from out of state and was helpful in answering all the questions we had in a timely manner. We've had a few minor maintenance needs since our move in and they are always handled in a timely and professional manner. The apartment is modern and roomy! Nice vaulted ceilings that help made the apartment feel even larger than they are.

I been living here since Sept 2019 and its wonderful! The apartment is very spacious and love the tall cellings my favorite place is the Kitchen! Wonderful staff and great neighbors. Very quiet and calm area, plus you have essentials stores very near.

We have lived at Turtle Creek since July 2019 and absolutely love it! The apartments are very modern and have tons of space. The main office and maintenance are also wonderful to work with. We work in downtown St. Louis and wanted a nice apartment without having to pay downtown prices. Being only 25-30 minutes from downtown and living at Turtle Creek gave us the best value for our money! We highly recommend Turtle Creek!

My wife and I are downsizing from a 4bd/3bth house. The kitchen and living room is a great space for us to entertain and fit the majority of our furniture. We have a large sectional and swivel chair that fits perfect!
Close and convenient to restaurants and shopping. safe, secure, friendly and responsive staff, came in on weekend to fix minor problem, love my porch because huge glass windows reflect heat so I can actually sun bathe when it's cold outside, open design of apartment makes it feel homey and comfortable. All appliances and fixtures are brand new. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the feel of a “new” home or fresh start.

We have lived here since June, and have had no issues. When we have asked for maintenance work to be done, someone has arrived at our apartment the same day to complete it. The ladies in the office are so kind and helpful! Glad to call this place home!
I recently helped my Mother search for an apartment in the Fenton area and when we found Turtle Creek she knew she found her home! She loves living there and feels it is a great and safe community. Melissa and Christina are very helpful and friendly. You can tell this is their true passion and care so much about the community and ALL of the residents!
