Property Ratings at Tunbridge Apartments
I have lived here for 6 years and couldn’t be happier. My one bedroom is super spacious for a single person and the den is a nice bonus. The washer/dryer are both full size not one of those teeny tiny apartment sized thing. Maintenance is very responsive. My few requests have been resolved the same day or the next day. They guys are very polite and neat. I’m sure this would be the place for you!
If you are a family I would NEVER recommend living at this establishment. Let me first state that I am a single mother with two young children and lived in this complex for over 2 years. They really need to take FAMILY FRIENDLY out of their advertising because it needs to be called what it is and what the other miserable tenants want it to be .. A 55 and older community. The first month I moved into the apartment my neighbor asked me to write a letter to the property management to try to get this older man kicked out- Red flag number one! I didn’t even know this person nor was I getting involved in petty drama between the older people in this community. I guess my neighbor didn’t like that I refused so after this she made my life HELL. From the first few months I moved into this unit my children and I were harassed, taunted and verbally abused from the woman who lives in E204. My son was six months old at the time when she screamed out the front door to “ shut him up.” Naturally as a mother my instinct was to protect my children so I turned to management. Their entire tactic is to basically remain “neutral” and to tell me to get noise cancellation padded on the back of my door as well as a sound machine. No problem. I did all of the things I was asked and I also installed a ring camera to capture the INSANITY of my neighbors behaviors. The harrassment and taunting I endured from her over the next two years was sickening and the management (even though they saw the videos) did ABSOLUTELY nothing about it. I even had the property manager Renata tell me she thought the videos were funny. Can you imagine saying that to a mother with two small children who is being taunted, and harrassed by an UNSTABLE woman!? The property management also gave me a hard time about my ring camera. Which in 2025 get with the times. Everyone has a ring camera and there is NOTHING in the lease about having one. It’s a safety measure used to help people feel comfortable. To minimize the story the management here has no problem telling you or your children they make too much noise they will send you a passive aggressive email about the media township ordinance that has absolutely NOTHING to do with small children making noise but about televisions and other equipment.. This was a lawsuit waiting to happen and the management knows it. They try to carefully word everything they email you so you can’t sue them.
Tunbridge is a great place to live! Speaking as a single female in her 20's, I have never felt more safe to live somewhere outside of my home. There are a number of security measures in place and the administration team is quick in their responses. They address concerns and most importantly, listen to what the residents have to say. There's a great sense of community and it's a quiet place to live. There have been minimal disruptions in my time here over the last year.
Tunbridge has been a place that I have loved living for almost 3 years. Having a washer/dryer in your place was a must and a total game changer when looking for a place to live, especially with the amenities were updated as well. People around the building a very friendly and having a pool is an added bonus. Building managers Renata and Karen have always been so kind and helpful whenever I called - can't ask for anything more than that.
The neighborhood is super quiet. There is plenty of parking spaces. My apartment is very spacious with tons of closet space. They did a really nice job with the renovations. We love hanging out on the balcony. It is quiet and peaceful! Having a washer and dryer in the apartment is fantastic. The staff in the management office is always very responsive and nice every time I call or email them. Their management office is only about 6 min. away at Media Station Apts. I've only had minor things break, like my toilet kept running and the microwave stopped working, maintenance was on point and took care of the issue right away. If I'm not home for the repair they leave a note with the work that was done. It is really nice! They have a tenant portal so we can pay rent, request maintenance repairs, upload renter's insurance, text the staff etc. It is very convenient!!! I highly recommend Tunbridge Apts.
The area it is located in is pretty nice, and I like that the SEPTA station is fairly close. There's quick access to a few local areas for shopping, but set back far enough to stay quiet. Apartment grounds seem to be well kept, and maintenance has been quick to respond to issues so far. The HVAC system is pretty loud since it is a short, straight shot from the return air to the fan location. It does work well though. As for sound from neighbors. I rarely hear much, unless it comes from the hallway. The doors aren't the most soundproof, but its never been an issue. Only other time I hear the neighbors is if they have the T.V. very loud, and even then, it's just a low mumble that I hear. Not loud and doesn't happen often (or for long), so it doesn't bother me. Over all, it's been a great place so far, just wish the HVAC vents were setup differently to help alleviate the fan sound.
Maintenance and management respond quickly to any requests. My view is beautiful. The complex is clean and safe. I love my newly refinished apartment. I’ve lived here three years and plan on many more. I love it here.
I've been living here for over 22 years! I find it a great place to live. Full size washer and dryer along with dishwasher and microwave. Extremely ample closet space including a huge pantry closet in the kitchen. Nice view of trees! All buildings are safely locked. The management staff is friendly and helpful and the maintenance people are great! All of the apartments have been renovated - I looked around during that process but could not find anything that comes close.
Tunbridge staff are super nice. I moved from another state and mailed my boxes here. My boxes arrived one day earlier than me. I was afraid of them got lost/stolen, but the staff member helped me move my boxes inside of my apartment. Normally the packages are dropped outside the gates of the each tower, but staff members would help us move inside of the building when they see them. The community manager frequently check in with me about my experience staying here. This personal touch makes me feel welcomed and warm. Each tower within building is gated. This community is considered very secure and safe. Great location and near everything. I love everything here.
Love the woodsy setting. Apartments are modern with all appliances, including full sized washer/dryer, which is a definite plus for apartment living. Location close to shopping, walking/bike trails and train station. Management is great and Maintenance is very quick and efficient. I have lived here for 5 years and Tunbridge is a great place to live.
Beautiful newly renovated apartments! This complex is quiet, maintenance is quick, and staff is friendly. I truly loved living at Tunbridge but sadly had to move for work.
Great location, quiet- all appliances, even the microwave! Great neighbors, great neighborhood. Maintainece is spot on - front office friendly, helpful. I am relocating for business purposes and I wish I could take this apartment with me!
I highly recommend Tunbridge Apartments. I moved into a totally redone apartment that is absolutely beautiful. It is spacious, bright and airy. Maintenance has been wonderful. Any requests I have made, have been handled timely and professionally. I cannot say enough good things about Tunbridge. I highly recommend moving here.
