Sitting on the banks of the winding Rillito River, the Saint Francis Cabrini neighborhood is only minutes from spacious parks, fishing holes, and hiking or biking opportunities. The nearby Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum and Sabino Canyon offer challenging hikes in this beautiful desert environment. For those who want to try their hands at growing their own vegetables, the Cabrini Neighborhood Association helps sponsor a community garden in which even renters can exercise their green thumbs. Diverse rental choices ranging from luxury apartments to smaller homes for rent with a historic feel make it easy for renters to find something that suits their taste and needs. The central location and easy access to major roads and Interstate 10 make commuting a breeze, with most residents only traveling 10 to 20 minutes from Saint Francis Cabrini.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Tucson Terrace
I was wondering what the 1 star review was about but realized its from 2018 and that actually makes a lot of sense. I heard the management back then was pretty much non-existent..... Nowadays these guys ain't playing. Good folk. I appreciate what they have done here recently so throwing up the 5 stars.
The apartment is ok, clean, nothing over the top, but the price is right and what makes it worth renting are the good people next door. Good community vibes once you get to know everyone they got your back.
Rent is cheap and this is why. Place is falling apart no maintenance workers to take care of place. Poor management. Place has all kind of bugs and roaches. Place is full of crack head and tweekers. Like i said it need help and a good manager. I would not recommend this place to any decent person or anybody to be frank.
