Fitness room available for $240/yr. Garage available $150/month. Amazon Hub on lobby level. Cost and fees involved: Tenant pays first month rent and one month Broker Fee + $300 + $75/pp coop application fee/credit and background checks and a month and a half security, 1/2 of $500 move-in / move-out fee. ONE pet under 20 lbs. No smoking allowed in apartment. Note: Due to reconstruction of the entire pool area including expansion of the pool deck, the pool will be closed for the 2022 season with grand re-opening in 2023.
