Property Ratings at Troutdale Terrace
Went in today and they wouldn't even let me apply in person or are the place. There are lots of available apartments according to management but you can only be on a wait list that's currently 6 months long. Look elsewhere.

I have lived in quite a few apartments and this is the only one that felt like home to me. I never had an issue with loud children or neighbors. My children really miss living there. The staff was ALWAYS so nice and genuinely care about their residents. The maintenance was on top of the one and only issue I had living there which was an easy fix. There is ample storage within the units and it has an open floor plan which was my favorite part. The playground was a nightly thing I would take my kids to. You really can't get better than Troutdale Terrace!
Beautiful apartments, though a bit on the spendy side. The complex is small, and maybe a bit cramped if your looking for spacious parking, but the location is nice.
Hordes of kids run rampant through here unsupervised. They litter and trash the landscaping (what left of it). They play in the stairwells yell and scream upto curfew (what curfew?) and beyond. Places have been newly painted not sure why. Only a matter of time before the kids trash that too.Maintenance guys are awesome. Resoond quickly smiling helpful. They blow the parking lots every Monday am but by pm the kids have been through. Looks ok from the outside, not fun to live here..
I have lived here for a little over 6 months and I love my unit and my neighbors. Staff are super friendly and maintenance workers are always there to help, day or night. Very clean and quiet. Owners are always cleaning up after their pets and parking is never a problem. Top of the line living !!! Highly recommended :)
