I’ve loved my experience at trio pointe so far! The staff is really nice and any maintenance requests are addressed pretty fast. I also love my apartment, it’s super spacious, I got it so I’d have room for a work desk and an art desk. I highly recommend it here!

The apartments are beautiful grounds are clean and lush, the residents and management are friendly and it is a wonderful area to be in with many amenities. Would recommend 4 realsies.

Trio Pointe is well appointed, maintained and managed. The team is top-notch, friendly and goes the extra mile for the residents. It’s across the street from Costco, next door to a church and close by major shopping, parks, services and arterials. On a clear day you can see Mt. Hood!

Trio Pointe is a great place to live in Camas. It is well maintained, has friendly staff and is managed well. The apartments are large enough and have all amenities. I have enjoyed living here and would recommend it.

Maintenance is wonderful at Trio Pointe. The maintenance guys live on-site, and during the day, you might get a wave from one going by. Even for a request that I marked as being only medium importance, maintenance guy came out the very next day! They are also good at coming up with ideas that will help you.

Been here almost a month and it felt like home right when i stepped in for the tour. I love it here, the nature, people, and how safe it is.

It is a rare thing; To find a place that immediately makes you feel at home nowadays. Trio Pointe gave me exactly that though. I made the leap to relocate to the area from the other side of the country, and Trio Pointe made it an easy choice. Emelia, the leasing agent there, had me even picturing exactly where I would put my furniture, and continued to make me laugh, make me think, and make me excited for a new apartment there. Steller Salesperson, Guys! Tara, one of the managers there, was so informative and responsive throughout my many questions. I felt like I called so much that she became my Friend! Relocating was a breeze, and the whole experience made me confident and relaxed, in what very well could have been anxious and stressful. Thanks to you all for that! James, the Community Manager is thoughtful, intensely knowledgeable, and is one of those rare landlords that you can Tell he genuinely cares about everyone there. It shows in the community he leads, that's for sure! I moved in, and shortly thereafter a lightbulb went out in my bathroom. I didn't think anything of it, and placed an online maintenance request (which was so easy!). Ben, with maintenance, called me to ask if they could drop by to get that changed for us... 20 Minutes after I placed the ticket. I said yes, and Ken (maybe, Kenny?) was there and the lightbulb was changed... The whole thing was resolved in under an hour! I know few, if any, apartment complexes that have this level of responsive service. Also, I know of very few communities that actually Cultivate COMMUNITY. James, and Team: I don't know where you came from, but you can never leave! You are the example of how a community should be led, operated, and successfully run overall. Truly Amazing! I am so impressed with the staff here, that I didn't even write about my actual apartment. It is extraordinary. Open Space, lots of Storage, Great Light, nice floors... Top notch all around. Move here. Trust me when I say: You will Stay and Love It.

We love living here at Trio Pointe apartments. For apartment living I must say this is one of the best communities we've lived in so far. From the kind and helpful staff, beautiful and active community, plus the convenient location, we give Trio Pointe 10 out 10. The you Trio Pointe for all you do for making our stay here a beautiful place to call home.

Our garbage disposal stopped working because we tried putting too many potato peelings through it. The maintenance guy (whose name I cannot remember) looked at the problem, went to get additional tools, unstopped the disposal, cleaned up any mess we'd left and was gone in less than 5 minutes! The disposal works perfectly now.

My apartment location faces the courtyard so I find it very pleasing to be able to see the courtyard landscaping. It is also very quiet at my location which makes living conditions pleasant.

My family has been very happy living at Trio Pointe and the management is great!

I love living here. Its quiet, management is respectful and responsive. They do not dismiss your concerns. The complex is always clean.everything is addressed accordingly all the time.

Excellent staff, Beautiful property, great location. Office staff and maintenance go beyond "Great", and skip right to "Excellent" in taking care of the residents here. I have never seen a property run as well as Trio Pointe.

Very quite Appartment with excellent welcoming approach

Living at Trio Pointe apartments has been a joy to us for the past five years, thanks to the lovely surroundings, contemporary design and convenient amenities. Excited for our future here.

We’re new, but have had a great experience so far and are excited about living here in Trio Pointe! Staff has been super helpful and friendly so we have no concerns about asking for and receiving help when needed.

The staff at Trio Pointe is amazing. Wonderful people both in and out of the office. I've met many friendly residents, many of which have the most beautiful pets. At a great location, it's very quiet and the grounds are very clean - and I love not having to walk half a mile to take my trash or pet waste out, too! If you haven't yet, check this place out. You won't regret it!

Just had an awesome tour here! Relocating from Illinois, and James made me feel so welcome! From the moment I walked in, it was like I was a family-member. Seriously has everything I need to hit the ground running w/ my new job. Great layout, posh gym and pool, close to everything, and welcomes my pup. The apartments themselves are quite a bit larger than what I have seen so far, and have sweet kitchens that open onto everything. Did you know they even do community meet ups like Dog Walks, Nature Trails, and Coffee gatherings?! I haven't seen a community like this here in my search, so now I am definitely SOLD! See you Soon James & Trio Pointe! Thanks for being my next new digs.

As a single woman, I feel very safe here. The gates are always working, and my car is in a very nice location. If I need someone, they're here on-site. It's nice to be comfortable, knowing that I can rely that things are being done the right way.

The treatment from management makes me feel like a welcome member of the community, and the groundskeepers know how to keep this place feeling like home.

Since I moved to Trio Pointe, I have been Blown Away! I love my space... The Windows! Good Appliances, great hard flooring, so spacious! And I love my kitchen... The amenities are on point! The gym is fire! I actually got to cancel my gym membership because its always open and has everything. The people who work here are the best that I have ever seen. Jose and Tara in the office are always so nice and help me with anything. James made me feel right at home from the beginning too. The maintenance guys here on on top of everything too. I got a replacement lightbulb within the same HOUR that I placed the request. Snacks, Coffee, and lots of resident events have helped me to meet all of my neighbors, and this place really feels like Home. I will not be moving until I buy my house... You won't regret living here.

Trio Pointe is a wonderful place to live. Big open floor plans with lots of space, a wonderful staff that is always there to assist quickly, and very close to any shopping you could ever need. Trío Pointe is the ideal place to live, and I love it entirely.

Great location. Everything nearby. Close to parks, hiking, biking. Camas is a great place to live. Apartments are nice and updated. Community is safe and staff are helpful and friendly. I've been living here for a few years now and I have been very happy.

My time spent at Trio Pointe has been a lovely experience in every way. The staff here is beyond expectations. They treated me like family, which made me feel wonderful. Fifth year living at Trio. I’ve seen a lot of changes. The office team, Tara, Noel, James, Ben and Sam have gone over and beyond to help me. They are friendly, available, and they care. I moved out for a few months last summer and came back mostly because of the people who work here. My apartment is quiet and beautiful, and I feel safe here. I looked forward to owning a home again, but now I’m not sure I’ll ever want to leave. Five stars isn’t enough.

Noel gave us a wonderful tour of the space. He was so incredibly kind and helpful with all of our questions and was very clear and up front with all of the costs associated. Such beautiful clean apartments and spaces.

We toured quite a few places with Noel, he took his time with us and explained everything really well with no pressure. He was fun and inviting. We had a great time touring with him! This community has beautiful apartments, lots of storage options, allow animals and has a dog park, it’s quiet and a gated community for safety as well. We are hoping we can call this place home very soon.

I have had a great experience so far. The apartment has met my expectations. My favorite is the vaulted ceilings on the third floor and the door to the deck, fireplace and wood floors. Management is excellent. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking.

Trio Pointe is very clean and safe. The staff are very friendly and professional. They are always coming up with fun things to do here and makes residents feel welcome and included.

The management team had my apartment ready, spectacularly clean everything functioning correctly. They make you feel so welcome.

I have lived in this community for five years. One of the first tenants right after it opened for rentals. I feel safe living here and the property is well maintained.

Trio Pointe is a great community to live in overall. It’s not perfect but I would recommend it to friends and family.

I have lived here for 4 1/2 years and my experience overall has been good. My apartment faces the courtyard which is very pleasant and quiet. Any maintenance issues have been handled quickly and efficiently. The maintenance team is outstanding.

Between tenants, management, maintenance, and leasing specialists, everybody has been wonderful. Generally it's risky to lease without a tour, but Trio Pointe is AMAZING. It turned out better than we ever could have hoped for. Usually I don't care about amenities but the pool, gym, dog park, playground, center walkways, grass, trees, etc, literally everything about this place is great, and it all adds up to being an amazing place to live.

Nothing is perfect in life but our stay here has been pretty close.

The 3bd 2 ba apartment is nice, in a good, easily accessible location. I do feel that it is a bit pricey given the size of the bedrooms, but it's what apartments in this area seem to go for these days. But it has been pretty quiet so far during the time that we have lived here. It's good that it has air conditioning and a modern feel, and clean. The pool also nice and clean. Tara, the leasing agent, has been wonderful to work with, she has been very helpful with getting us set up and ready to move in. We appreciated her patience and responsiveness. The parking situation could definitely be improved, especially for those living in the larger size apartments and sharing with more than one adult with cars. Overall so far it has been enjoyable.

Overall experience is very good, reasonably priced, maintenance staff dependable and a nice safe area.
