Rochester Hills is a fairly large suburban community roughly forty minutes north of Detroit. The city enjoys an exceptionally low crime rate, and the public schools earn excellent ratings. Large nature preserves like Bloomer Park give residents ample opportunities for sports, hiking, and biking. Oakland University on the west side of town is also full of great venues for folks to get outside and enjoy some fresh air, including Sharf Golf Course and Meadow Brook Amphitheatre. Property Ratings at Trio Apartments
Best location, best management, best layout. Could not ask more! We are very happy with these apartments. Very modern, very thought out layout. Half of the property is still under construction but that does not affect us at all. It is very clean and quiet. Maintenance is top tier! She has went above and beyond to make us comfortable and make sure we got into our unit as quickly as possible. She (Dianne) does not give up. Thank you for a great place to feel safe and call home.
