Property Ratings at Trinity Place
I lived here for a year but sadly, all good things must come to an end. Sidney and SheyShey are absolutely great people. They've helped answer all my questions and put up with my silly jokes quite well. The maintenance team has fixed everything I've had a problem with within a day or 2. It appears to be a 2-man team, but they are very handy. If you're walking out and about, you might see the team smiling and waving at you as you go by. I've lived in 3 different apartments in Midland and so far, Trinity has given me the best experience. It's the first of the three to not have bugs, mice, or other gross pests. They have many holiday themed events or giveaways. I won a whole kitchen set during Christmas. It's almost sad I have to leave.
