The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Trillium Pointe Apartment Homes
Office staff is very helpful and respectful, which is refreshing. Some issues have come up, but the office staff and maintenance have been awesome!

Thank you for taking a moment to highlight our team's helpful service! We are glad you are so pleased!
We have enjoyed our time here so far and have found the office staff to be very friendly and considerate. The grounds are clean and I feel safe when my husband works late and I'm home alone. The only complaints I have were noticed from the beginning of our stay here and will be the reason we move or relocate after our lease is up. 1. The ceiling insulation is very thin. The man that lives above us must walk around with cement bricks tied to his feet. He clomps around starting at 4am and we can hear everything he does. He sneezed once in the middle of the night and it woke me up. Very thin ceiling. I don't hear my neighbors next to us through the walls though. 2. The smoking. How in almost 2019 they don't offer smoke-free buildings is crazy. The neighbors smoke cigarettes and weed and it prevents us from leaving our windows open on nice days. I could almost deal with the thin ceiling, but the smoking is so bad. It will be the reason we leave.

Katie, thank you for sharing how friendly and considerate our team has been and how safe you feel in your home. That said, we're terribly disheartened to hear that neighbors have hindered your experience. We respect your decision to leave, but if there is something we can do in the meantime to make you feel more comfortable, please do not hesitate to stop by our office so we can chat and work towards a resolution together. Thank you again!
I've been here for roughly three months now and when I moved in there were multiple things broken in my unit. No one had done an official walkthrough and since I was moving in from out of state and did not have time to look at the unit figured everything would be fine. Wrong! The Venturi piping to the gas burners in the stove needed replaced, the patio door needed replaced, boards on my balcony needed replaced, the linoleum was not laid right in all of the rooms containing linoleum being the kitchen bathrooms and laundry room. Handles on the windows were broken, the screen in the bedroom was broken, the drain for the bathtub in the full bath needed replaced but was not done, and the garbage disposal needed replaced. The unit also has very old carpeting and despite not being in a pet friendly unit they would not replace it for me and only agreed to have it cleaned as I have a cat. Also very thin walls and you will hear everything your neighbors do. I would try to rent a house before renting here. If you need to get ahold of them to do maintenance on your unit it is a hassle and I would not trust them to go in on their own. If you make the request online for them to fix something sometimes they mark it off as done without even having completed the work.

Sadie, we're terribly sorry your home was not ready for you! Please know this is not typical of our community and we hope that maintenance has addressed these concerns. If not, please do not hesitate to stop by our office so we can chat and work towards improving your impression of Trillium Pointe. Thank you for your feedback!
The apartment looks neat and clean but has very thin walls and one should be prepared to hear the noise coming from the neighbors with someone living above you. IT IS VERY PAINFUL and negates all the good qualities that this apartment has. Appliances are good, and it's quiet but as I said - all this would mean nothing when you hear the footsteps throughout the day. I would not recommend this as faulty appliances can be repaired or replaced but walls cannot.
I've been in Trillium Pointe Apartments for more than a year now. To be honest, apart from internet services everything is good. The internet company which works here is Bloom Band and unfortunately there's no Comcast or any other net providers. ATT is not good as well. But more than anything, Bloom Band management/ company is not good at all, they are rude most of the time. The apartment is good, quite, comfortable, and clean.
