I love the house and the area for my grandkids. The area is perfect for walking and shopping stores are near by. My job is right down the road from the house. Very quiet area and friendly people in the area.

The maintenance guy is good. Other than that they don’t really give you an update on what’s going on around here. One day you walk out and want to leave the house for a doctor appointment with the babies and they are putting down asphalt blocking the driveway. The communication has been terrible at this place and I can’t wait to move out.

Was not up to move in ready standard. Finishes are cheap and office is in-responsive. We constantly have maintenance issues from the Ac going out to the water heater malfunctioning. Tons of warranty work which the contractors just show up to do with out notice. Probably the worst communication out of anywhere I’ve rented!
After lining in a Hotel for over a month we found Canvas online and visited the area and fell in love. We have been here a month and enjoying our new home.
Everyone has been absolutely amazing and very accommodating. They have been very easy to work with. They have gone above and beyond to make our move as easy as possible.
Really love the neighborhood, everybody has been so welcoming. Beautiful homes with large yards. Total landscaping and lawn care provided in the rent.

So far we love it! Super awesome area and very nice layouts. All homes are smart homes and come with ring cameras. All appliances are brand new and up to date as well.

Love the neighborhood! Super clean and quiet. Everything I need is within short distance and people are welcoming and kind. It is all new construction so the house is nice and new. I would have love fir the rooms to be a bit bigger but it is also a chance to downsize and get rid of clutter.

Moving in was a very smooth process. We love the the feel of the community and the amenities of the home. Most importantly, the office staff is very friendly, professional, and most importantly helpful whenever we have a question or concern. We anticipate remaining in Canvas at Mt. Juliet for years to come.
Move in was a very easy process with Amber’s help. We love how we did not have to set up any utilities other than the internet and cable services. We are enjoying living in our brand new home.
Canvas at Mt. Juliet is the most peaceful place I have lived even with construction still going on. I would recommend Canvas at Mt. Juliet for any single person or family that is looking for a home to call their own.
