Property Ratings at Triangle Place
Please save your life and time never rent an apartment there. The management is careless and rude. I have placed work orders and it was never completed until I left but somehow it will show mark as completed. The manager and her assistant are rude as well as maintenance. Most of the building is full of old construction and infested with huge not stop roach. Tenants grill on the balcony dangerous to start a fire which will kill all of you. Again safe your time and run away from this place.

I have lived here for over a year and have had issues from day one. The biggest was I was without air-conditioning for 5 weeks and was told there was no work order in, so I had to send screenshots to show they were put in. I am hoping to leave as soon as possible and warn people to just not bother with this place. The only purpose it serves is to be an example of places to never rent.
the apartments themselves are large and fine. however, management is an absolute nightmare. i have never gotten an email or phone call returned until i go in person even though the office is frequently closed. my work orders go weeks without acknowledgement. they notify us of problems like the pool being closed then never follow up with a resolution so we’re left guessing. my rent has gone up yet the charges are inconsistent and i never get a real reason why. if you’re looking for a decent apartment that will drive you insane with managerial issues, this is the place for you!

The complex just switch to new management within the last few months. Since then the rent has went up, the pool was never opened, trash has piled up around the dumpster without being emptied. The mags get is rude and decided to tow my car for no reason. It was wrecked early July and while I’m waiting for the insurance to take over and fix it, she decided it was “too unpleasant” to sit in the parking lot where I live, where I pay rent. She cost me $480. DONT MOVE HERE

I love these apartments and the complex itself however... I don't know if it's company policy but I have not seen anyone (from March-now) wear a mask in the office.

It saddens me to write a less than satisfactory review however the disorganization of administration has led me to voice my concerns to help others make a better decision regarding rental properties. The biggest concern I’ve faced is administration failure to address trash area. The trash is not picked up frequently and has caused rats to run freely near the trash and recycling area. This is not a result of lack of maintenance but failure to schedule a trash pick up that meets the demand of those living in the complex. It’s both unsafe and unsanitary conditions. The photos I’ve taken of the conditions were shared with administration to no avail or follow up. Please be aware of this and use sound judgement when selecting your new home.

Been here 3 years. Love it here. Central location to everything. Fitness center, Valet trash program, pet friendly all are great. Great apartment and amazing staff. The maintenance guys are always helpful, super friendly and get done what i need very quickly. Not that we need much, everything was brand new when we moved in.

We really like this place. Leasing office team is great, Josie is always very friendly, ready to help and answer any questions. Maintenance team is very professional and quick to respond any issues. And because we are dog owner we walk use the dog park a lot, it so much better now that they renovated it.

Love where you live they say and that is exactly how I feel living here. The apartments are beautiful. The landscaping is kept well. The grounds and amenities are wonderful. We only needed to live in the area for 3 months. Everyone we met with at the front desk, maintenance, etc were all friendly and helpful! Josie were great and quick to respond with anything we needed. We never had any issues and the building, pool, and grounds are beautifully kept. The entire complex is gated adding an extra level of comfort.

This place was great until a New York property management company bought it a few years ago. They clearly don't do background checks anymore because the whole place is awash with crime and everything is broken and dirty. Stay away.
