I really enjoy being a resident at Trestle Creek. The apartments are amazing and well maintained. I really enjoy the amenities like the walking paths and pool. The staff and maintenance are very kind, helpful, and have great communication. I would definitely recommend Trestle Creek!
This may be the best complex in Spokane for this price with these services and comforts. Safe, beautiful, clean, large and pet friendly are just some of the words that come to mind when I think of Trestle Creek.
The apartments are very spacious. The appliances could use some updating but are in good condition. The office and and maintenance staff are friendly and approachable witch is not always the case with apartments. There are always issues when sharing buildings with other tenants; unreasonable noise level, not following rules, etc. but that is not necessarily the fault of the facility.
Trestle Creek provided a smooth move in process and excellent customer service. The staff is kind and helpful and the apartment was very clean and well maintained. The complex itself is beautiful and has many walkways and additional amenities like a pool, park, and basketball court. I love living here so far!

Rent was horrific. Apartments are older even if exterior is newer. It was somewhat clean but my apartment never got the cigar smoke smell out of it from previous tenants even though I asked for maintenance to assist us. Front office staff was mostly good to work with. Plenty of turnover in maintenance but I was there for the final walk through and they told me charges would be minimal. A month later, massive bill asking me to pay for the very things they said they wouldn't charge me for.

Trestle Creek Staff was amazing and very quick in setting me up for my new home. They were professional when answering all my questions & gave me the key within 2 days and my apartment was clean and ready to move in. This apartment complex is in a nice area, quiet, and comes with a free garage which is perfect for storage! Thank you Trestle Creek! A special thanks to Leah for all the help with the move in process and providing me wine glasses (after our conversation about wine) when I walked into my new home. It was a nice surprise and I felt very welcomed immediately.

Trestle creek is the bee's knees! The grounds are kept clean, the community is quiet, maintenance does a thorough job and management / leasing handles all questions or concerns in professional manner that helps you trust them! Highly recommend not renting from this owner. The apartments are outdated (carpet in the kitchen) and overpriced. The lease is worded to get around the law and to ensure the tenant has a bill upon move-out. You pay non-refundable FEES rather than a security deposit and pet deposit. By wording it this way, they do not have to use these funds, totaling $950, to clean and "repair" the apartment. The pet rent of $25/month.. also straight into the owner's pocket. Three months after moving out, we received a bill for over $500. You will be charged for literally everything, down to a light bulb that never even worked upon move-in. If you have a pet, I would say it's even more important to avoid this place. After reading reviews, it seems like they charge everyone for some kind of additional carpet treatment. We had a fully potty-trained dog and they still came after us for additional carpet cleaning. If you do end up in this dump, ensure you do a detailed report of the conditions upon move-in and DEMAND a walk through upon moving out. I will be avoiding all Lanzce Douglass properties in the future and I highly advise everyone do their research before entering into a contract at any of his properties.

I have lived at Trestle Creek for 10 years and am very satisfied. The walking paths are excellent. swimming pool well maintained. Location to stores.library. banks.etc is good. Traffic is congested in the mornings and evenings. but tolerable.

Just moved in to Trestle Creek after a good recommendation from my sister who also lives here. Quiet but also has a park so my kids can play. Has walkways around the complex so I can go on a walk with my dog and family.4 minute walk to target!

Although I have only been living here for a couple of weeks, I do feel like these apartments are great. The managers that helped me sign my lease and show me around virtually due to COVID-19 were incredibly friendly. I felt welcomed by the safe when I arrived. I enjoy my apartment. It is spacious and has a home-feel to it. Most of the neighbors that I have seen around have waved and smiled in passing, which makes me feel more comfortable (though my direct neighbors do not seem the friendliest - we can't all win). I feel that my dog has a place to run around and we can walk in well-lit areas when it's dark. I appreciate that we are close to many stores, restaurants, and parks. I am within walking distance to a post office, Target, a few grocery stores, and a park to get my dog some extra exercise. I hope that I continue to enjoy my apartment and the area for the next year. As I said before, I have only been here a couple weeks, but I can't complain thus far!

We renewed our lease for another year. Maintenance of the entire complex is excellent. We recently had in apartment maintenance issues that were taken care of immediately. We love the landscaping, and overall, it's quiet.

I've only lived here in 2 1/2 weeks and so far this place is amazing! Management was quick to help me move in, and any issues I had with my apartment was resolved almost immediately. The dog haven community is friendly and quiet, and there have been no issues since I've been here. Target and Pet Smart is literally next door as is several other amenities. I have been impressed by the no smoking policy here. The recreation areas between buildings is wide and also gives off a very nice homely park feel to the place. It is very well maintained and you can tell by the cleanliness of the area. Overall, so far one of the nicest places I've lived in.
