The apartments are a bit old and I did have some issues after moving in. However, the staff assured me they would take care of the issues in my apartment and they worked diligently to rectify the problems. Although the apartments are a bit older, they are nice inside, the rooms are very spacious, and they are located in a decent area. Stephanie and Emily have been amazing.

I moved here 2 months ago. Its very spacious , the neighbors are great, the staff is very nice and efficient. Every issue that i had was handled in a timely manner. I love the fact that i have 2 balconies and walk-in closets. I would highly recommend Treeside Park Apartments.

At night no noise . That is something big for me due to moving here from a big city. I like the management they keep the place clean . My apartment is nice just wish they had a playground for my kids.besides that I love it here.

Poorly kept, downright dirty grounds. Non-responsive/incompetent management. Has not made promised repairs. Bedrooms had no locks, been waiting for a month for maintenance to bring part to hook up washer. There are better kept apartments in better neighborhoods for less money. If a minus was available it would be given.
