I used to really like living here. It was very quiet and peaceful. Now with all the new people moving in you can guarantee someone will be yelling in the parking lot all hours of the night. The package service is a waste of money; they shouldn't force residents to have that, or the valet service.

I have lived at Treeline Timber Creek for almost a year now and I have loved my stay. The apartments are gorgeous and the layouts are super functional. The amenities are awesome! The pool is so relaxing and the gym/yoga room have super nice equipment. I definitely plan on renewing my lease!

It is quiet here, peaceful. Maintained well and safety is always a concern with staff. The pandemic brought changes and they were quick to ensure everyone was aware of them and they explained the reasoning behind each decision they made to keep the community as safe as possible. Now that things have changed some they are still carefully monitoring for any changes that need to be made. I have not had any problems with needing things fixed but I did need a new furnace filter and it was brought within a few hours of my request. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Great place to live and pet friendly.
We moved here about 6 months ago and have been very satisfied. The property is well maintained, and service calls are answered quickly. The amenities are numerous; they thought of everything, even a place to wash your pets!

I have really enjoyed living at Treeline! Its a beautiful apartment complex with great amenities. However, the managerial staff here can be a little short, lack attention to details, and lack teamwork. Overall, the apartment is great and I hope to stay as long as possible.

The maintenance staff is quick to answer requests and very professional
I'm pleased with my time living at Treeline Timber Creek. The apartment is comfortable and residents are generally kind. Office staff has been helpful in all problems, and maintenance team always acts fast. The amenities are a great luxury when they're open, and I take full advantage of them. Garden area is great, pool is beautiful and generally quiet, gym is large and full of necessary equipment, and computer center is professional. Since my time at the apartment the complex has grown and can seem a bit over-crowded at times, but that's my main complaint. Treeline Timber Creek has mostly delivered on its promise upon move-in.

It was very nice the first six months. But now it has gone down hill for what is considered "luxury apts".
