Property Ratings at Treeline Ansley
I faced significant challenges during my move-in experience with Gables. There were multiple issues, including: Non-functional locks upon move-in Significant cleanliness and odor issues in the unit (smelled like it was fumigated) A moldy shower, broken sink drain, and damaged window screens A SEVERE German cockroach infestation, which took two months to fully resolve. We killed over 100 in the first day alone. These conditions made our transition incredibly stressful. At one point, we even found roaches in our bed despite thorough cleaning. To avoid exacerbating the issue, we refrained from buying groceries and instead had to rely on takeout, incurring significant additional expenses. Frankly, it felt as though Gables was unprepared for our arrival, despite our lease being signed months in advance. I appreciated Gables' efforts to address these problems, including complimentary pest control and replacement of infested appliances. However, these measures were reactive and do not change the fact that our initial living conditions were unacceptable. After requesting rent be refunded for the duration of the infestation, Gables gave us a $150 gift card - which was completely inadequate compared to how unlivable the apartment was for over a month.
I like gables , my only issue is I seen 2 roaches…. One crawled out my vent and the other came out my shower drain , very traumatizing cus I hate bugs but …… other than these moments I’ve had no issues at gables . Took off two stars for the two roaches and one off cus the building has no security
Maintenance comes in a timely manner. They assist with my needs, and the main office has really improved. Could be cleaner in the hallways, but other amenities are kept very clean.
Love my space. Layout is amazing, location is great, wish guest parking was free but it’s Midtown so I get it. Being able to walk to the grocery store and restaurants is great.
I have lived here for over 10 years! The location is great. The apartments are quiet. Good gym, great pool and overall a great experience living here.
Great location need updating in many department. We need operable gym equipment and charging stations for EV cars, and modern designs for units. Until then I’ll give this location 2.5 stars
My move in was smooth. Application process was the worst. Apartment complex is nice as advertised. The worst part is all the HIDDEN FEES its lot fee after fee after fee!!! Literally one fee I found out I didn’t even have to pay. Paid my deposit and the other half. Went to pay again and seen more fees! After my balance was 0..it’s just too much fees going on.
The Gables Midtown is a lovely, sprawling complex. The amenities they offer are wonderful, including pet spa, gorgeous pool, and in-complex gym. We have experienced some noise issues however, with cars burning out in the parking garage.
Though i had a few hiccups during the application process, the move in process was very smooth thanks to Lex and Jaleesa! I absolutely love my apartment so far!
I love my apartment. The view is amazing. My only complaint would be about other tenants in the building. The staff in the leasing office is very helpful and nice. I have always had a great experience with them. I will def be resigning my lease next year.
Awesome! I really ove this place and they are good with request. The staff are very nice and helpful when it comes to being supportive and informative. I am very happy that I moved here and renewed my lease with them. I do not have any complaints. I would recommend ppl moving here.
It’s a nice apartment complex. The pros are your apartment is pretty quite: thick walls, nice amenities, maintenance usually comes next day, amazing area around a lot of stores. Cons: the parking pass that will cause you to get your car booted, other residents leave trash in the hallways and sometimes the front office can be hard to get ahold of but that’s really it.
This apartment is an excellent location and close to the highway to get anywhere. It is also a very good price point for 1 bedroom apartments especially. The parking company is very strict when it comes to visitors. I wish there was more space in the parking lot for going around turns as I have almost been hit by people speeding and not looking around the curve.
My whole experience from the tour to the move in was spectacular!!! Lex was AMAZING! She was very helpful and she definitely made me feel at home from the jump!! Definitely deserves a raise or promotion. I’ll be recommending these apartments to everyone i know!
The move in was great. As for as the community all is well. Had some hiccups on deliveries, but it was the company themselves. The whole experience was great the agents are always available, when u need them
This was a very easy process moving through. Everyone is friendly and responsive. I love the location and the easy access to the highway, stores, etc.

Noisy neighbors, roaches all through the apartment, maintaince is not the best. The gate is always broken. It’s literally been broken since w the beginning of the year

Really great for the price. I like it here. Great area, close to literally everything. The road noise from the highway can get a little annoying but that’s city life. Also, some residents need to properly throw their trash away. The parking garage is a little too narrow but besides that, i really do like it here
It’s cool here. So far so good. New to the area so just need to adjust to the traffic conditions. Staff seems to be pretty awesome so far no complaints.
So far my experience has been pretty good. I have seen a couple of cockroaches and our AC didn’t work for the first week or two but they fixed it eventually.
I just moved in today. I have to say Lex is amazing and one of the main reasons I moved here. She was so attentive and just great. Regarding living here, So far the experience is great. Love the area, view and amenities. Thank you Lex

The Gables’ Staff is amazing, no complaints there. I just wish that the pool had lights like most pools do for safety reasons and additional ambiance. I also wish that they had EV Charging Stations and cleaner elevators and staircases. The staircases always smell like strong pee and it’s just starting to look dirty in the hallways, elevators, staircases, and the roof top lounge. But these are all easy fixes! With an amazing staff like they have at the Leasing Office, I have high beliefs after they read this they will one day fix these minor problems and make all my dreams come true!
I just moved in and this has truly been the best, easiest, and fastest experience of my life. I absolutely love my apartment and I especially love how clean the neighborhood is!
My experience has been great thus far. I love where my Apartment is located, however, there's been some critters that has been seen around the apartment. The leasing office is GREAT. VERY RESPONSIVE, and they definitely answer every question I had.
A new residence stopped and asked me about my review of the building and I had nothing but great things to say my time here has been great they have been understanding of my circumstances and have been beyond reasonable I could not ask for more from a property management company or home
So far, the staff and management are very receptive to feedback. The tenants tend to be loud, but it’s mostly younger tenants. Overall really nice apartment.
With the exception of some inconsiderate tenants...the experience over at Gables all has been pleasant given the location, price point and amenities.

Gable’s definitely gives luxury , i love the rooftop amenity, neighbors aren’t Loud, maintenance is prompt !! No issues ! I also love the pool amenity it’s always clean

Was easy to move in and impressed with quality of room’s cleanliness. Experience with leasing office has been decent though they are a bit MIA at times. Highway is load but great location and price.
Great apartments with nice amenities. A nice car garage for extra space and guests, however a lot of bugs. If there were a exterminating company in close proximity that cared to help with the roach infestation would be appreciated.
Overall pretty good. Staff is always there to help. I really love parcel pending. I also love the pricing compared to other apartment complexes.
Nice size apartment.... and my view is amazing..... the parking garage should be a little bigger... there is not enough room for 2 cars to pass by each other safely.
Been here for almost a year now. I’ve had no issues, I’m going to be renewing in August. Pros: Property is well maintained Office staff is nice 15 mins away from everything Updated units Cons: Gates sometimes don’t work Dumpsters in the front of property are an eye sore
I had a seamless experience moving in. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! The maintenance moved quickly on my issue and followed up to ensure my satisfaction. I highly recommend Gables at Midtown.

Decent building, some people in the leasing office is rude, others are pretty nice. & there is a roach problem. I’m constantly calling pest control
The staff of leasing office are always nice and helpful. Spacious parking lots for free. Though the environmental clearness needs to be improved.
When I first moved in I loved it here. It was clean and quiet. Now I feel like the trash is over full . The other residents aren’t following dog rules . The front desk aren’t enforcing the rules either , pee is all in the hallways and elevators . Plus we had a few incidents happen with this last year . It’s in a great area close to many things so it’s convenient but not a family home
My car was booted and I live here, have the decal on the car, and they have my license plate number. They are switching to a new system and clearly didn’t communicate to the private company they use for parking enforcement before switching to this new system. As the management company of the property they should have already had this process figured out beforehand.
Location, Location, location! Property is located in perhaps one of the best locations, which is along a public transportation route, but not on a major busy street, has a neighborhood feel and conveniently located minute if not seconds for major markets and stores.
Overall, the move-in process was pretty easy. The staff communicated with me very well and the day of the move went smoothly and quickly thanks to a lot of the paper work being online. The actual apartment was fine…more dirty than I would have expected or liked to just be moving in, but nothing a good cleaning won’t take care of. Overall, pretty satisfied with the experience so far.
Spacious apartments. Rent is really high. It’s fairly quiet. The cabinets and countertops are severely outdated. Hallways are always dirty. They only mop them once a week. I like it here. Just wish for the pricing it was upgraded.
Suggestions are addressed in somewhat of a timely manner. Maintenance requests are addressed in somewhat of a timely manner. Grounds are in good shape.
I love my apartment. I feel safe there. There is quick maintenance. My issues got fixed the same day. The managers at the leasing office are really helpful.
